ESS PAX FLOOR Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping) and Maintenance of Terminal Complex (excluding toilets) including scrubbing and cleaning ,wet and dry vacuum cleaning of floors, Internal / External walls including, cleaning of metal accessories /surfaces etc. Complete with labour, materials and machines as required as per scope of work. (Passenger Area) (Rate to be quoted for one shift)

ESS PAX TOILET (2) Environmental Support Services and maintenance of Toilet blocks in Terminal Complex including scrubbing and cleaning of floors, tiles, Counters, Walls, sanitary fixtures & fittings and cleaning of metal accessories etc. Providing toilets papers, soaps, sanitary cubes, freshener sticks (where automatic dispensers are not available) etc. complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work. (Passenger Area Toilet) (Rate to be quoted for one shifts)

PAX SOFA CARPET (3) Environmental Support Services and maintenance of passenger chairs, sofas, carpets in terminal Buildings including (Passenger Area) cleaning/ shampooing etc. complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work. (Passenger Area) (Rate to be quoted for one shifts)

ESS PAVED Environmental Support Services and Maintenance of Paved/ Metalled areas i/c kerb area, footpaths/ approach roads/ apron area etc. of Airport Complex complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work. (Rate to be quoted for One shifts) ( Apron /approach roads area to be considered as per requirement of airport )

OPS AREA & ROADS (5) Environmental support services and maintenance of operational/apron area/approach area etc of Airport Complex complete with labour, materials as requied as per scope of work. (rate to be quoted for one shift)

ESS NPAX FLOOR (6) Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping) and Maintenance of offices / Ancillary Buildings (excluding toilets) including scrubbing and cleaning ,wet and dry vacuum cleaning of floors, Internal / External walls including, cleaning of metal accessories /surfaces etc. Complete with labour, materials and machines as required as per scope of work. (Non-Passenger Area) (Rate to be quoted for one shift)

N PAX GLASS FACADE (7) Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection, painting etc. as required .

PAX GLASS FACADE (10) Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping of external / internal façade, cladding, glass panes/partitions) of buildings complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work. (Passenger Area) (Rate to be quoted for ONE shift)

PAX FALCE CEILLING (OPTIONAL IF REQUIRED) (11) Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping of false ceiling) of buildings complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work. (Passenger Area) (Rate to be quoted for ONE shift

NOTE- Rates as per units mentioned in the particular item shall be quoted for e tender. However for final conclusion amount of rates/ month will be multiplied by 36 to decide L1 for 36 months work. However, if required respective airport may restructure the SOQ as per requirement of E-tender (Financial Bid) folder to get cost of 36 months.
