RequiredThe bidder should be a registered corporate in India registered under the Companies Act 1956/2013 and also registered with GST Council. The necessary documentary evidence shall be submitted
RequiredThe bidder should be a reputed service provider of bulk SMS & WhatsApp business services and shall be in existence in similar line of business (i.e., bulk SMS & WhatsApp business services) atleast for the last five (5) financial years (i.e., FY-2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). The necessary documentary evidence shall be submitted.
RequiredThe bidder should have successfully executed atleast five (5) similar projects (of bulk SMS/WhatsApp/Chatbot) in last five (5) financial years, and shall mandatorily meet the criterion mentioned in tender specfication
RequiredThe bidder must have atleast one (1) active client of State/ Central Govt. /Public Sector Undertakings including Public Sector Banks, for Bulk SMS and WhatsApp Chatbot services (one (1) each separately in case combined is not available).
RequiredThe bidder should be a Meta-recognized WhatsApp BSP with premium partner status for WhatsApp business services. The necessary documentary evidence shall be submitted
RequiredThe bidder should be a profit-making firm with annual turnover of not less than Ten (10) Crores in each of the last three financial years as per the audited balance sheet. Provisional Balance Sheet shall be submitted in case audited balance sheet is not finalized. The financial turnover Certificate issued by a CA for last three financial years shall be enclosed
RequiredThe bidder should have throughput of dedicated (to TGSPDCL) 1000 TPS or more for sending of high priority SMS. The necessary documentary evidence shall be submitted
RequiredThe bidder should have Active Telemarketer (TM) registration on TRAI DLT platform. The necessary documentary evidence shall be submitted.
RequiredThe bidder should be currently handling SMS dispatches of One Crore per day. Attach supporting document of experience of handling SMS dispatches.
RequiredThe bidder should maintain direct connectivity with Two (2) or more Telecom Operators for processing bulk SMS. The necessary documentary evidence shall be submitted.
