Collection of river boulder of size 23 cm to 30 cm in average and minimum weight 30 Kg having i. Specific gravity not less than 2.65, ii. Aggregate Chrushing < 30% (Wearing) & < 45% (Non - wearing) iii. Impact Value (%) max < 30% (Wearing) & < 45% (Non - wearing) and iv. Abrasion Value (%) < 30% (Wearing) & < 50% (Non - wearing) (Materials conforming to IS 2386 part III & IV 1963) free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including necessary carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks at site, monopoly, etc. complete as directed. (10% under sized (not less than 10 cm) boulder is allowable for packing/filling the gaps occurred during execution of works) Complete as directed. (15% deduction will be made from the stack measured (quantities on account of void).

Hexagonal Wire Netting Roll made of 8 SWG wire triply twisted 152 mm mesh of size 15.24 m × 3.66 m longitudinal. Weight of each roll should not be less than 83 Kg/roll.

Supply of Galvanized Wire Netting Sheet made of 8 SWG wire 152 mm square mesh in sheet 2.57 m × 1.66 m with longitudinal wire at 152 mm centre and 76 mm projection of each wire on all sides beyond the net size of 2.42 m × 1.5 m having knots of 12 SWG at every joints, weight of each sheet should not be less than 6.3 Kg/sheet.

Carriage of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 × 1.67 m made of 8 G wire of 152 mm Sq. mesh including loading & unloading, stacking cost of P.O.L. etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman, etc. completed as directed.(Distance from divisional store = 15km)

Labour charge for dumping boulder in sausage made of hexagonal wire netting rolls of size (15.24 × 3.66) m cutting the netting as required making the sausage by tying the projected ends with 8 G wire including supplying & tying the wire at every joint after filling the sausage with boulders properly and launching in places handling charges including site carriage of boulder from stack yard/ dump site within a distance of 150 m. etc. and complete as directed. Labour charge for dumping boulder in cage made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 × 1.66 m of 8 G galvanized wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheet by tying the projected wires, filling boulder inside in cage, launching the same in position, including all handling charges and including site carriage of boulder from stack yard/ dump site within a distance of 150 m. etc. and complete as directed. Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section/slope by mechanical means including removing the trimmed soils to a minimum distance of 30 m, complete as directed.

Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel/sand etc. from the approachable site beyond 150 m and up to 3.00 Km from the work site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 (Ten) ton capacity truck, supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 3.00 m with M - 30 grade of cement concrete conforming to IS 1343:2012 using super-plasticizer @1.2 lit/bag of cement with graded broken coarse aggregates up to 20 mm size down conforming to IS 10262:2009 & IS 456:2000 and reinforced with 4 nos. of 4 mm dia. high tensile steel wire cable/strand with necessary cover and 4 mm high tensile stirrups at 250 mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403:R2002 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16 mm dia. at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 nos. of holes of size 16 mm dia. at 65 mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 21 (Twenty one) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance up to 50 Km including loading, unloading & stacking complete as directed.

Carriage of PSC porcupine members of size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 3.00 m from Stack yard to Work Site including loading, unloading & stacking (Distance = 5km)

Labour charge for launching of PSC Porcupine including carriage of PSC porcupine members of size 0.10 m × 0.10 m × 3.00 m from the stack yard to the place of launching, erection of the Porcupine with 6 (Six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia. 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m)
