1S.I.T.C of wall mounted Oxygen Manifold dual bank (10+10) system complete with NRV, tail pipes etc comprising of below mentioned components: - 1. Manifold Frame: A robust frame constructed from high-strength steel possibly 50x50x5 mm angles or square tubing designed to securely hold 20 H-type cylinders. The frame will feature adequate spacing and supports to facilitate easy access and maintenance. 2. High-Pressure Piping (copper): Durable piping, complete with safety standards, will connect the cylinders to the distribution system. The piping will be made of copper to withstand high pressures. 4. Fittings: Various brass or stainless-steel fittings (elbows, tees, couplings) will be included to ensure secure connections between pipes and valves.
2S.I.T.C of Semi-Automatic Control Panel comprising of following components:- Control Display: A user-friendly interface featuring an LCD or LED display that shows real-time data on oxygen pressure, flow rates, and system status. Control Buttons: Clearly labeled buttons for easy operation, including start/stop, manual override, and system reset. Pressure Gauges: Integrated digital pressure gauges for each cylinder, providing accurate readings of cylinder pressure. Flow Meters: Real-time monitoring of oxygen flow rates, allowing operators to ensure optimal delivery and detect any discrepancies. Automated Valve Control: Semi-automatic control of valves for each cylinder, allowing for efficient switching between cylinders based on demand. Alarm System: Audible and visual alarms for low pressure, high pressure, and system malfunction, ensuring immediate attention to any issues. Emergency Shut-Off: A dedicated emergency shut-off button to immediately halt oxygen flow in case of an emergency. Safety Interlocks: Designed to prevent operation under unsafe conditions, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Power Supply: Operating voltage of ( 220V AC). Enclosure: Durable and weather-resistant housing suitable for indoor and outdoor environments.
3Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy-duty H-Type oxygen cylinders fitted with valve at the top for attaching regulators or manifolds. The cylinder must be with following features: Capacity: 7 cum (aprox.7000 ltrs of oxygen) Working pressure: 150-200 bar Colour code: Black body with white shoulder (for medical oxygen) Size: 4.5 to 5 feet in height Material: Durable Seamless steel Cylinders must be certified by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety organisation (PESO) and conforming to IS standards.
4Supply of Oxygen Cylinder Trolley.
5Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of wall mounted single point Oxygen PB type Gas Outlets with isolation valve and all necessary components as per technical specifications:
6Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Oxygen flow meter with humidifier bottle as per technical specifications.
7Supply installation testing and commissioning of Medical Grade Copper Pipe (in Mtrs.) of following diameters:
