Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement motar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & labour for washing down with water to remove dust, etc brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per Sqm over the flooring all as specified

Material and labour for 40 mm average thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course of roof slab/chajja mixed with water proofing compound, finished fair and even without using extra cement all as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing 10mm thick cement plaster in Cm 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound, finished fair and even without using extra cement all as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP modified polymeric five layer water proofing membrane, 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat (weight not less than 160 gm/Sqm) and finished with Grey mineral slates on top, laid over a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm, torching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with a coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The side laps and end laps shall be of 100 mm and 150 mm respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or forged into spiked; framed guard bars, walk iron door, ladders framed worked of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-165

M&L for preparation of new painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer
