PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping, bands, plinth course, benching and other similar works including neccessary form work complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) rendering on roof surface including flashings and junction of parapets etc., finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as recommended by manufacturers after with & including brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sq. m, complete all as specified. NOTE:-Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

APP based polymeric membrane laid on primed roofs & flashing by forced application using Butane torch and sealing all joints on primed surface by applying hot blown industrial grade bitumen @ 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sq.m over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC/plastered roof surfaces & flashings complete, all as specified.

Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300mm x 300mm x 20mm) with SRI (Solar Refractive Index) > 78,, Solar Reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on water proof and slopped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC), ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning/roof repair etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing on existing location after necessary cleaning by removing all scale and dirt etc. including cleaning mouth of circulating service pipes also making all necessary connection complete, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified.

Note : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch of credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
