Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exc. 50m at low lying area,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20mm graded agg.) as in floor finishing surface even and smooth with using extra cement,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2,(40mm graded aggregate) of 75mm thick as in path finished without using extra cement,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 ( using 40mm graded agg.) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 ( using 20mm graded agg.) as in floor finishing/Plinth protection cement concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4(Nominal mix)(using 20mm gradded aggregate) type B1 using stone aggregate as in coping benching,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cm (1:4),complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, Chajjas etc.,including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using any extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer on walls,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters by brooming down or steel wire smoke, root, moulds, moss and efforescent salts, and trading oil and greasy spot by using suitable chemical & removing nails, making good holes with chalk whiting, filling cracks and brooming to remove all dirt etc and applying one coat of Cement based paint on old prepared surfaces of walls,complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for liquior finish/glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles (30cm x 30cm x 25 mm) thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors using white cement and pigments including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6etc (as in patches and as per site condition) as per design/pattern approved by AGE(I). complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for liquior finish/glossy finish Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded laid with Grey cement and pigment any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35grade over and including 50 thick sand cushion etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work as in grills, with ends of bars shouldered work conforming to Fe-410-0 as per existing grills at site,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to beprepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Conforming to ( Fe-290 (Gde E-165),complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ,posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section , including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS angle iron post & strut etc. in fencing including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation of soft/loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum getting out returning ,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25cm watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 10mm dia mild steel round bars dia cut to length , bent to hook at ends for fixing as line wires to chain link fencing all as directed at site,complete all as specified and as directed.(Fe-290(GdeE-165)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing wire mesh of (100 mm x 100mm) size made with 3.40mm dia GI wire,complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size (100 mm x100 mm) mesh and 3.40 mm dia wire including line wires, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc.complete all as specified and as directed.(each line to be wire measured)
