Upgradation/Beautification of Shri Devi Kalika Temple at Oxel-Siolim Bardez Taluka Goa

Earthwork in excavation over areas by mechanical/mannual means at all depths in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, all types of laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/ shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under appendix to these specifications whether in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil at all lifts, including pumping or bailing out water as directed by the Engineer on site including segregating the excavated earth along with crushed rock pieces of size 75mm and below and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer within a lead of 50mt and all lift and including breaking of excavated rock into boulders of size ranging from 150mm to 300 mm and stacking the broken boulders at a place specified by the Engineer on site etc. complete

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Disposal of unserviceable material such as buiding rubbish,wood,earth excavated rock etc for all leads and lifts beyond 50m

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement. Extra for laterite masonry in all sizes in superstructure from floor I level upto floor V level.

Exposed decorative laterite masonry using Patradevi stone of size as specified and laid as directed by architect in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing, laying in position, line & level minimum 75mm thick using Patradevi type exposed laterite stone (350x300x160mm) of strength not less than 70 kg/cm2. cladding work ( machine cut edges/Hand dressed for wall lining etc. backing filled with a grout of 12mm cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including ruled pointing in white cement mortar 1:2(1 cement : 2 fine sand) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade brought to line and level. Including scaffolding as directed by the Engineer-in-charge,curing etc complete.

Pre-cast cement concrete solid blocks masonry of compressive strength 70 kg / cm2 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 corase sand ) in partition walls size of blocks (30 x 20 x 10)

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a. All works upto plinth level
