Extraction of Casing Pipe

Providing and fitting of 80 mm dia G I Pipe.(120 Meter Approx.) The job includes Flanging of 80 mm dia GI (B Class) column pipe ( Parkash Surya/ Jindal). by cutting 6 mtr length GI Pipe on lathe and making 3 mtr. length pieces. Providing and fitting of MS flanges 12 mm thick to each 3 mtrlength pipe on both sides. The flanges are to be finished properly. Manufacturing and facing of both the surfaces is to be done in such a way that by inserting a rubber sheet in between two flanges and tightening the nuts and bolts completely, leak proof joint is made. Each flange is to be provided with 4 No. of equidistant holes of requisite dia. The job also includes welding of flat iron strips at each end for giving extra strength to the flanged joints and providing of 2 No. grooves on each flange on Opp. Side for submersible cable. Painting of all the pipes by cleaning of surface with emery paper, removal of rust if any, providing one coat of anti corrosive enamel primer and finally one coat of super black enamel paint. Design, manufacturing, providing, fitting, testing & commissioning of 15/20 HP Star-delta starter for Submersible pumpset . Description of panel :- Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel cum dry starter for 15/20 HP pumpset at bore well. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of sheet supported on MS angle job suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking / sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should have equipped with :- MCCB :- The panel should be fitted with an MCCB of 63 Amps. and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. 1. Star delta starter:- The panel should be fitted with automatic starter comprises of air break contactors 63 Amp. -3 nos .( L&T/ Shneider/Siemens/reputed make), 2 no. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 No. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, indicators, 1 no. ammeter, 1 No. voltmeter and the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible , copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. 3. Protections device / Fault analyzer : A protections device / fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to protect the motor by insulating the power supply of motor by de- energizing the starter/ panel from following electromechanical faults which may otherwise damaged the motor windings: i) Voltage related fault : Single phasing under voltage, over voltage , un balance voltage. ii) Current Related fault : Over current / load , dry running un balanced current/ load, earth leakage , short circuiting. iii) Mechanical fault : Locked rotor , broken shaft iv) In addition to this the fault analyzer should have capacity to: a. Display line current of RYB phase and also line voltage of RY & YB phase. b. Display and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, un balance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively. c. Analyze, Display and operations of motor running. v) An extra protection of single phase by providing and fitting of 1 No. minilac made single phase relay. The job also includes providing and fitting of 200 ampere main switch for submersible pumping for smooth operation of any damage and repairing of machinery during breakdown. The job includes cost of material, labour and hires charges of tools and tackles required at site including cost / carriage of material by mechanical transport
