NON PSR ITEM: Fabrication, Supply, erection, testing and Commisioning of metering panel Board for the power supply of over all size 3000 x 1700 x 250mm,made out of 16SWG thick cold rolled M.S. sheet and Hylem sheet - 6mm.The panel board to be fitted with 1 no. of incoming 125A TPN Cubical Switch without ss enclosure including fuse link DIN type,Outgoing of 16A sheet steel double pole main switch - 18 Nos and 125A HRC fuse base - 3Nos and 125A HRC fuse link - 3Nos,Toggle switch and phase indicator.Provided with copper flat busbar 25 x 6,Connections are to be done 6.0 sqmm ISI marked FR PVC insulated,single core copper conductor cable.The pannel Board should have compartments of size 300x250mm for main switch and of size 450x300mm for metering unit for 18 Nos. of service connections. All doors should be of flush and detachable type with sealing facility. The metering chamber doors should have glass for viewing. The panel should be painted with Powder coating siemes grey paint over the priming coat and mounted over the M.S. flames suitabily fixed on the floor as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.
