Civil Works Schedule:

Providing, fabricating & fixing workstation of approved make consisting 8 nos. of cubicles each cubicle measuring 1500 x1500 x 1200mm workstations are completely modular tile based and the modules based on block building concept wherein the orientation can be changed even later based on requirement, including provision for integral cable management, race way separately for electrical and networking as per the drawing and consisting of the following :

(a)Providing & fixing partition of approved make of 53mm thick powder coated aluminium frame work with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate C sections & other sections of approved colour and shade fixed with required fasteners or with fixing clips etc. The section shall be smooth, rust free, straiaght, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including fittings to receive cables separately for electrical & networking with a distance of minimum of 300 mm apart.powder coated steel snap beading for modular tile panelling, powder coated steel trim fittings on all the exposed edges, PVC adjustable leveller at foot of the frame work all complete as per drawing and the direction of Engg.in Charge.

(b)Providing & fixing powder coated aluminium modular tile panelling of approved make minimum thickness of powder coating 60 microns of approved design and colour fixed in frame work with snap fitting clips and providing slots in the bottom tiles (below table top) for fixing modular sockets & switches etc including one top tile white writing board (600mm W) for each workstation and rest top tiles Fabric magnetic finish of approved colour, . complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg.in Charge.

(c)Providing & fixing table top 25mm thick approved factory made prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board with one side decorative finish and other side balancing lamination conforming to IS 12823 grade 1 Type II of approved design and edges lipped with PVC in table top, side enclosures, key board drawers etc.including fixing with angle cleats and necessary screws etc. complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg. in Charge.

(d) Providing & fixing top supportive 3 drawer pedestal of approved make storage unit made of 16guage powder coated steel (minimum thickness of powder coating 60 microns) of size 410 x 600 x 720 mm. two top drawers shall have same height of 150mm and bottom drawer shall be of 415mm height with contained handles, locking arrangments, powder coated telescopic drawer channels etc. complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg. in Charge.

Providing and fixing 16 mm M.S. Fan clamps of standard shape and size in existing R.C.C. slab, including cutting chase, anchoring clamp to reinforcement bar, including cleaning, refilling, making good the chase with matching concrete, plastering and painting the exposed portion of the clamps etc. complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg. in Charge.

Dismantling tile work (thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead etc. complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg. in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%)

Providing and laying Glazed vitrified floor tiles of approved make polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm in floor (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily etc. complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg. in Charge.

Providing, fabricating & fixing, wooden storage unit / cup board without shutters of approved make0.75 m depth made out of 19 mm thick plywood of approved make, BWP Grade / exterior grade of IS710 having very high preservative retention finished with approved make & shade of 1 mm thick lamination on both sides, all edges of the plywood shall be lipped with matching PVC edge binding tape of approved quality including necessary synthetic resin hot pressed to edges on binding machine. The shelves (size approx 450x450mm), lockable drawers, backing sheet all shall be made out of above said material (excluding the cost of drawer runners which shall be paid seperately under the respective item). The cost includes all material,including SS handles & lock (heavy duty ) for drawer unit, labour charges, tools, adhesives, synthetic resins, lipping tape, nails, screws etc complete. all as instructed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing fabricating and fixing 19 mm thick Sliding shutters of approved make for cup boards, comprising of following details and as per drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

a) Fabricating sliding shutters of approved make required size made of 19 mm thick block board conforms to IS 659 exterior grade, BWR board & termite proof having high dimensional stability including 1 mm thick lamination with one side decorative of approved quality shade & colour and other side balancing lamination grade 1, exterior grade IS 12823 marked. The edges of the shutters shall be lipped with matching PVC edge binding tape 2.00 mm thick of approved quality including necessary synthetic resin hot pressed to edges on binding machine, including fixing of the sliding system to the shutter ( sliding system shall be paid separately in the relvant item ) The cost includes all materials, labour charges, tools, adhesive SH, synthetic resin,lipping tape, nails, screws, etc. complete all as instructed by the Engineer-in charge.

(b) Providing & fixing one pair of door bend of approved make adjustment rod fitings vertically for each shutters against the warping of shutters etc. complete all as instructed by the Engineer-in charge

(c) Providing and fixing self adhesive brush sealing strip ( 2500 mm long ) of approved make at the outer vertical edges of each sliding shutter to fill the gap between the shutters in locked position etc. complete all as instructed by the Engineer-in charge

(d) Providing and fixing approved special quality chromium plated brass cupboard locks with six levers of approved quality including necessary screws per sliding shutters including approved 300 mm long SS handles per sliding shutters etc. complete all as instructed by the Engineer-in charge

Providing, fabricating & fixing openable shutters made of 19 mm thick block board conforms to IS 659 exterior grade, BWR board & termite proof having high dimensional stability including 1 mm thick lamination with one side decorative of approved quality shade & colour and other side balancing lamination grade 1, exterior grade IS 12823 marked. The edges of the shutters shall be lipped with matching PVC edge binding tape of approved quality including necessary synthetic resin hot pressed to edges on binding machine, including approved magnet catcher (one pair), SS 304 handles for each shutters. The cost includes all materials, labour charges, tools, approved special quality chromium plated brass cupboard locks, adhesive SH, synthetic resin,lipping tape, nails, screws, (excluding concealed hinges which shall be paid seperately under the respective item),etc. all complete and as instructed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing, fabricating & fixing, table top with vertical support (as per the drawing) made out of 25mm thick plywood of approved make, BWP Grade / exterior grade of IS710 having very high preservative retention finished with approved make & shade of 1 mm thick lamination on one side decorative and other side balancing lamination, all edges of the plywood shall be lipped with matching PVC edge binding tape 2.00 mm thick of approved quality including necessary synthetic resin hot pressed to edges on binding machine, including necessary screw etc. complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg. in Charge.

Providing and fixing in wall lining of approved make12 mm thick medium density fibre board IS: 14587:1998 marked, Pre-laminated one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete as per the drawings and direction of Engg. in Charge.

Providing and fixing premium quality Top line L advanced heavy duty SLIDING SYSTEM of approved make for 3000 mm track to accommodate for 3 sliding doors having carrying capacity of each door weight upto 50 KG (Max Door Dimension : Height 2600mm & width 550-1500mm) with silent system soft closing for 3 door including the 3 door runner set, guide set & fixing material for door thickness 18-30mm and 3000mm Runner profile and Guide profile with all the necessary complete kits, including cost of all materials labour, tools,transport, etc. complete all as per instruction and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel 650 mm heavy type for 45 KG carrying capacity load telescopic drawer channels set of approved make with screws etc. complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing Concealed hinge having wide opening angle upto 165 degree (Zero protrusion hinge) with intergrated silent system with clip on installation, consists of base 12.5 (crank 0) with mounting plate of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to loft cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 100 mm wide ventialian blinds of window fashion fabrics of approved make & black out with 5 mm thick fabric of approved make &colour, powder coated channel with balance, imported acrylic self alignable mechanism and equally placed spacers, imported tilting mechannism for easy tilting operation with nylon imported thread and beadings, 100 mm wide imported washable reusasble fabric placed with top hanger and bottom with 100 mm long bottom plate connected to nylon imported bottom link chain. The rate is inclusive of removing the existing pelmets, drilling holes for fixing channels to the wall, fixing threads and beadings and link chains, hard ware fixture’s etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Electrical works Schedule:

Wiring for light point /fan point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of suitable size GI box with modular plate and modular cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing of 3 pin 5/6 Amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 Amps modular switch, connections etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of suitable size GI box with modular plate and modular cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing of 6 pin 15/16 Amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 Amps modular switch, connections etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of 2 module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of 6 modular base and cover plate on the existing modular metal boxes etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and drawing 2 pair 0.5 mm dia FRLS PVC insulated annealed copper conductor unarmoured telephome cable in the existing recesswed steel/PVC conduit as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall /Floor and making good the same in case recessed conduit as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing metal box size 200 mm x 150 mm x 60 mm deep on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of 4 way (4+12), double door horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel MCB distribution board, 415 volts on surface /recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bus bar, din bar inter connections power painted including eathing etc as required (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of 32 Amps rating 240/ 425 volts , 10 KA, 'C' curve Miniature Circuit Breaker of Tripple pole and neutal in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of 16 Amps rating 240/ 425 volts , 10 KA, 'C' curve Miniature Circuit Breaker of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supplying and fixing of 6 Amps rating 240/ 425 volts , 10 KA, 'C' curve Miniature Circuit Breaker of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Installation, testing and Commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Supply and fixing of 20 pair telecommunication MDF box with 2 modules on surface / recess with all connections etc as required as per specification and direction of E-I-C

Dismantling of old switch boards and ceiling fans/ wiring etc at site and shifting the same to stores as per specification and direction of E-I-C

General Terms and Conditions: 1.Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD and quantum /scope of the work involved. 2. Bidders are requested to fill all the sheets and technical forms and upload the same carefully. 3. The rates quoted shall include cost of all the materials, labour, scaffolding, transportation, hosting tools, tackles & installation including all taxes(except EPF&ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 4. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 5. The contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour law such as contractor labour( Regulation & Abolition) Act,1970, minimum wages Act, 1948, Employees state insurance Act, Equal remuneration Act,1970 and rules made there under.

6. Contractor has to pay minimum wages to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF &ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF &ESIC in his rates. 7. Electrical power and water required shall be supplied and recovered from the bills of contractors as per Schedule -B.
