Labour charges for operation of D.G. set for Sindhap Bungalow as and when required during round the clock guarding of the installation with accessories. Rate are inclusive of Cess @1% ESIC @3.25% & EPF@13% w.e.f 01.02.2026 to 31.01.2027
Cost of diesel oil and lubricants required for operation of the D.G. set including handling loss & cost of transporation from pump to Sindhap Bungalow by road. Consumption of Diesel @ 8 Ltr/hr. & approximate running of D.G. set 2 hr/day. w.e.f 01.02.2026 to 31.01.2027 Measurement will be taken as per actual run (to be recorded in daily run log book) of the DG set.
Supervision charges for electrical installation by licensed electrician as per IE rules, 1956 read with latest amendments having valid workmanship permit & Mechanic for D.G. set. With overhead expenditures w.e.f 01.02.2026 to 31.01.2027
