Providing and making sand stone steps with ashlar stone block with mortar of ratio 1:1:1 lime, surkhi and c. sand with mixing of gur/sheera, dry gum, dry belgiri etc. sand stone to be fine dressed on two faces. Including all the supply of material labour & T & P required proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and fixing ornamental stone Jali in sand stone of thickness 50mm throughout having dressing more than 30% of cross sectional area as per original design without any chamfers etc with sharp edged chisels and other special tools. Including laying and fixing in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime :1 surkhi : 1 corase sand) with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade. It also includes rubbing , grinding, making of joints , curves , wherever necessary or as required at the site. Including all the supply of material , labour & T&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and fixing of sand stone plain parapet in symbolic design work of thickness 50mm having wastage more than 30% in cross sactional area in ornamental symbolic carving as per matching with original design and pattern.
