Round the clock manning and operation of Stand by DG Set 62.5 KVA, Make Kirloskar with AMF panel at ATS to be operated on failure of Civil Electric Supply including maintaining the load acid storage type battery. Adherence of maintenance of DG Set as recommended by the manufacturer Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Annually all as directed and as specified by engaging following personels:- (i) Mate FGM- 03 Nos(01 No each for each shift of 08 Hrs round the clock) Note :- Diesel only will be issued by the department and Engine oil top up as recommended by the manufacturer shall be provided by the contractor. Repair/replacement of minor fittings like fan belt, hose, battery terminal clips distilled water, petroleum jelly, indication lamps, Fuse wire etc., shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. 1. All plant running running log books shall be supplied and maintained by the contractor as per Engineer-In-Charge direction and requirment the cost shall be deemed to be qupted rates. 2. Record of pay and allowances of employees deployment shall prepaired and deposite to the department every month. 3. pay and allowances shall be made as per labour act of TN State. 4. Working uniform (blue colour) shirt and pant 02 pairs for each operator and helper and also stiched operator and helper name and disignation over on shirt pocket and leather shoe one pair helmet 01 nos each operator the rate shall be deemed in quoted rates. 5. Complete operatinal tool kit spanner sets, screwdriver, tester, hammer, adjestable spanner, grease with grease gun, helmet, first aid box 6. Operator shall have deploma/ ITI holder or minimum 5 years experience and educatinal certificate shall be deposite to the department before commencement of work. 7. The contractor shall make necessary arrangements in case of any emergancy and shall ensure smooth functioning of system without failure through out all the three shifts. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of this and no extra claim shall be admissible and the Accepting officer's decision in this regard will be final and binding.

Outsourcing for operation of package type A/C plant 3 X 16.5 TR comprising of multi scroll compressor out door unit consisting of compressor condenser blower evaporator Air handling unit, supply and return air ducting and safety and control devices, electrical switch gear panel complete will all accessories to maintain 22 C + 3 C in side conditioned space at Tarangini Auditorium cum cinema hall for one shift all as directed and as specified by engaging following personels:- (i) Electrician - 01 No ( 9 Am to 5 PM).However the timings of duty may be changed as per the requirement at site and as directed by Engineer in charge.Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Note: (i)The technical details of package type A/C plant is enclosed in particular sepcification. (ii)Repair/replacement of minor items required for package ac shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (iii)Record of pay and allowances of employees deployment shall prepaired and deposite to the department every month. (iv) pay and allowances shall be made as per labour act of TN State. (v). M& L for dismantling of AC Plant condenser unit and deskelling deposited corbon layers from condenser unit of copper tubes with using hydro cloride (HCL) with help of vaccume pump and removing complete deposited deskelling with help of brushing and and re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position after cleaning and testing, commissioning and checking the performance of the unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging with eco friend refrigerant gas R-22,(to be brought by the contractor at site from authorized dealer /manufacture in sealed container) in plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for rewinding of AC plant control panel and relacement relays suiable for 16 TR package type air conditioner including taking down unserviceable item and deposited in store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing surface of outdoor cooling tower of capacity 16.5 TR AC plant and apply two coat of wether poof painting to out door cooling tower complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of air filter suiable for 16 TR package type air conditioner including taking down unserviceable item and deposited in store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of thermostat suiable for 16 TR package type air conditioner including taking down unserviceable item and deposited in store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , fixing , testing and commissioning of compressor of existing make suitable for 16 TR package type air conditioner and rectify the control wiring defects if any, connecting back of all controls and refrigerant piping after necessary modification as required for the system,including carriing out pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 300 PSI kg/Sq.cm after complete transfer of refrigerant gas from the entire system , rectification of leakages including cutting and brazing the refrigeration system wherever required and replacement of O ring , teflon washer of valves copper tubing , flare nuts etc. renutralising after the pressure holds good for minimum 24 hours vaccumising charging the system with refrigerant gas, testing, commissioning and checking the performance of the system including dismantling & refixing of the system, including taking down unserviceable burnt compressor and deposited in store yard of AGE E/M complete all specified and as directed. Make:- Blue Star/Carrier/Voltas/York/Kirloskar/Daikin Note:- Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separetely.
