Presssure range atm to 345 bar.1.4. Scope of Work includes supply and installation of all items of the Single Barrel Syringe Pump from a single sourcesupplier at HP Green R&D Center, Bengaluru.2.0. BIDDERS PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA*******************************************************2.1. FINANCIAL----------------------Bidders shall have experience of having successfully carried out and completed similar work during the last Seven yearsending last day of the month previous to the one in which PQ bids are invited, which experience should be any one of thefollowing: In case the work order is in a currency other than INR/USD/EUR, then the corresponding USD value of the workorder as on the date of work order shall be considered.2.1.1. Three similar completed works, each costing not less than INR 12.8 Lakhs *OR*2.1.2. Two similar completed works, each costing not less than INR 16 Lakhs *OR*2.1.3. Assembling and installation of the Single Barrel Syringe Pump along with the mentioned accessories (above) as per HPCLrequirements which shall include user manual and other relevant information.2. Packaging and forwarding3. Installation and Commissioning4. Site Acceptance Test (SAT) & Training5. Performance Guarantee as indicated below6. Comprehensive spares required for three years of trouble-free operation7. Documentation: User Manual, Warranty Card, etc.SITE ACCEPTANCE TEST-------------------------------------1. Installation and commissioning of Single Barrel Syringe Pump at HPCL Green R&D Centre, Bengaluru.2. The site acceptance test will be done at HPCL Green R&D Centre, Bengaluru in the presence of HPCL personnel. Equipmentand all the accessories will be tested for their functionality as per the specifications. The complete performance of theSingle Barrel Syringe Pump will be tested with actual polymer.3. The primary objective of the test is to verify the operation, start up, shutdown, emergency, safety and normal operationof the Single Barrel Syringe PumpThe guarantee for the units shall start from the day of completion of site acceptance test.OTHER REQUIREMENTS------------------------------------1. The Single Barrel Syringe Pump shall have flexibility to dissemble the accessories and reassemble in the unit.2. Supply of complete documentation including Operating Manual, Electrical and Instrumentation works etc.3. Supply of all necessary tools & tackles required for operation and maintenance of the unit.4. Vendor shall give technical compliance statement. Any deviation to the specifications shall be provided in a separatedocument titled 'List of Deviations'.PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE---------------------------------------------1. The supplies made against this order shall be fully guaranteed against any manufacturing defects/poorworkmanship/inferior quality etc. for a period of 24 months from the date of successful Installation & commissioning or 30months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.2. During this period, you will arrange to repair/replace any defective parts free of cost or replace complete set ifrequired. Guarantee Certificate should be submitted along with dispatch documents. You will furnish performance BankGuarantee in favor of HPCL issued by Scheduled bank (other than co-operative banks) for 10% value of Total PO Value andvalid during the above guarantee period.ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT-----------------------------------------------The AMC charges quoted by the vendor shall be considered for evaluation. However, HPCL, at their sole discretion, shalldecide on utilizing of AMC services at a later date after the completion of guarantee period.PAYMENT TERMS-----------------------1. 90 % of the order value on delivery of the equipment at HPCL R&D Centre.2. 10% of the order value after installation and commissioning of the equipment at HPCL R&D center and submission of PBG 10%of order value.DELIVERY PERIOD-----------------------The delivery period is 8 to10 weeks from the date of issue of Purchase Order.SINGLE PARTY RESPONSIBILITY-----------------------------------------------The full responsibility for supply, installation, commissioning & performance demonstration of the unit consisting of SingleBarrel Syringe Pump and its accessories (mentioned above) and their performance guarantee will remain on the vendor to whom purchase order is placed.
