Taking down (steel Window) chowkats with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for powder coated aluminium anodised three way track sliding windows of frame size 92 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5mm thickness (section no. 20831 of JINDAL) and of shutter size 40 mm x 18 (with 9.00 mm interlocking legs) x 1.45 mm thick (section no. 20737 of JINDAL) section(two shutter glazed, covering half of span of opening each & one shutter skelton covering half of span of opening ) incl provn for making windows air tight, including 95mm aluminium handle with spring lock , stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed with steel wire stapples 5mm thick plain glass including necessary fitting/fixture/aluminium snap beads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Measurement shall be taken upto clear opening ie out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately)

S&F fabricated aluminum window with powder coated anodized aluminum frame of section 63.5mm x 38.10mm x1.5mm thick, shutter with section 47.62mmx44.45mmx1.5mm thick including 2 Nos aluminum anodized “D “ handle (size 125mm), 2 Nos hinges (size 75mm), peg stays, 2 Nos tower bolts (size 100mm), etc including jointing cleats for fixing builder's hardware fittings & stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples including necessary fittings/fixture /aluminum snap beads etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Measurement shall be taken upto clear opening ie out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately)

S&F Aluminium powder coated Grill (DECO grill DG 103 of 7.5 mm thick of M/s ELESAR, M/S Royal Grill , M/S National Grill Associated profiles & Aluminium Ltd ) fixed with suitable 'F' Section (No 8584) 15.30 X23.40X 1.40 mm (minimum) , fabricated adn riveted to aluminium window / ventilators complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or conc. surface and surface finish even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12 above but on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, surface is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F SFRC perforated drain cover size 1000mm x 600mm 70 mm thick set on drain as drain cover slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE” (ii) Contractor will provide manufactuerers test certificate of SFRC drains cover.

M&L for prepation of new surfaces of wall, drain covers and applying two coats of white wash on wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down (steel Window) shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down (Steel Window) shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
