Procurement of twelve nos. Slag Pots carriages for Blast Furnace of Durgapur Steel Plant

• The bidder should have carried out manufactured and supply of at least Two (02) Nos. Carriages/Cars for handling Slag Pot /Hot Metal ladle/Steel Ladle/Scrap Box of carrying capacity 20 Ton or above in a single purchase order in any integrated Steel Plant during last 20 Years as on date of issuance of NlT. 2. Copies of following documents shall be submitted by the Bidder in support of above. a. Work order/Purchase order/Contract document/LOA issued by the client/customer. b. Completion Certificate / any other document showing completion of job corresponding to aforesaid clause 2.a issued by the client/customer

• ln case. the bidder is in a consortium: - a. One or more of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members are permitted) can either individually or together fulfil the criteria of Para-1 above b. The experience of the concerned members should commensurate with the responsibility matrix provided in the consortium agreement. c. Leader of consortium should be the member having maximum job or share of work in value terms. d. Copies of following documents showing experience as per responsibility matrix for each member of the consortium, as applicable, should be submitted by the bidder in the support of above. i. Memorandum of Agreement and Responsibility Matrix indicating percentage of scope of work to be carried out by each member in value terms of total contract value. ii. Work order /Purchase order/Contract document/ LOA issued by the client/Customer. iii. Completion Certificate/ any other document showing completion of job corresponding to aforesaid clause 3.d.ii

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should be at least Rs.8,00,00,000.00/- (Rupees Eight Crores Only)

• The combined total average annual financial turnover of the consortium members during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should not be less than Rs.8,00,00,000.00/- (Rupees Eight Crores Only)

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the preceding financial year i.e., FY 2022-23 as per the Audited annual accounts. ln case, bid is submitted by the consortium, Net worth of each member of the consortium should be positive in the preceding financial year i.e., FY 2022-23 as per the Audited annual accounts. Copies of Audited annual financial reports should be submitted by each member of the Consortium in support of above.

• Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility criteria wherever certified by the CA members of lCAl (Institute of Chartered Accountant of India) shall contain the UDIN. (Unique Document identification Number)
