Segregation of piping spools, other materials etc. and other associated works for RPTU and other NREP area of NRL Assam

All inclusive charges for identification, segregating, loading, unloading and stacking in predetermined location at TCF/project site of NUMALIGARH REFINERY AT ASSAM (NRL) as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. This job shall generally include indetification/ segregation, loading and stacking of piping/piping spools/structural materials/Equipment and other material received from Vendors / Suppliers and which are presently stacked at various location insite the Refinry.Identification/Segregation/un packing of the required material (piping/piping spools/structural materials/Equipment and other material) by deploying Cranes/Farana of required Capacity, shifting to the identified area, stacking if requirs/ safe storage of the same at the identified area, marking /coding inclusive of all required labour, supervision,tools & tackles, paint for marking/coding, Cranes/Farana, safety gadgets, PPEs, etc. as necessary and as instructed by the Engineer- in-charge/Owner. Note: Idenification/ segregating, loading, unloading and stacking shall be done within 100 m radius of predetermind location. Rate shall be quoted as per MT basis and payment shall be made as per actual weight of the individual package and certtification of complete package by EIC/Owner. Minimum requirment of equipment with lifting gears and manpower with required tools and tackles as per the attached annexure-1

Piping/piping spools/structural materials/Equipment and other material

All inclusive charges for shifting of all kinds of piping/piping spools/structural materials/Equipment and other material from one place to another place within the project area including transportation, loading, unloading, and stacking with all required labour, supervision, tools and tackles, crane, vehicles/trailer, safety gadgets, PPEs, etc. as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Shifting Shall be carried out within NRL Site Minimum requirment of equipment with lifting gears and manpower with required tools and tackles as per the attached annexure-1

Piping/piping spools/structural materials/ Equipments and other material

Supply, Fabrication, surface preparation and Painting as per Painting Specification and installation of Structural Steel including plates etc. for Miscellaneous activities wherever required. Scope also includes preparation of fabrication drawing and getting it approved from owners/consultant.(Material Supplied by Contractor)

Supplying, fabricating, casting, installing and fixing in position at all levels & locations M.S.holding down threaded bolts of grade E250A conforming to IS 2062 Grade A or BR as per drawings incl. bolt classs E-250A/IN0 and nomenclature, including supply and fixing nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves, etc., as per Standard TP-1ZZZA-CV-SDD-0002 in foundations, columns, pedestals, slabs, beams, walls etc. or any other place as directed including handling & transporting, straightening if required, turning from relevant size M.S. rounds to required diameter, threading, welding, providing necessary templates and auxiliary dummy structures, if any, necessary tying and welding with reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, greasing exposed metal surfaces, covering bolts and packing the sleeves with jute cloth etc. all complete as specified and directed by EIC.(SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE).

FABRICATION & SUPPLY

For Anchor Bolts upto 36 mm dia.

Supplying, fabricating, casting, installing and fixing in position at all levels & locations M.S.holding down threaded bolts of grade E250A conforming to IS 2062 Grade A or BR as per drawings and nomenclature, including supply and fixing nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves, etc., as per Standard TP-1ZZZA-CV-SDD-0002 in foundations, columns, pedestals, slabs, beams, walls etc. or any other place as directed including handling & transporting, straightening if required, turning from relevant size M.S. rounds to required diameter, threading, welding, providing necessary templates and auxiliary dummy structures, if any, necessary tying and welding with reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, greasing exposed metal surfaces, covering bolts and packing the sleeves with jute cloth etc. all complete as specified and directed by EIC. All Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Hot Dip Galvanized as per IS1367.(SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE).
