Construction of multistoried RCC framed structure building (G+5) , Service block as required and connecting corridors for all weather connection purposes with existing building, furnishing completeincluding Planning, Designing, preparation of preliminary architectural & detailed working drawings, structural analysis & design by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect on EPC (design, built and handover) basis. The work shall be executed as per detailed / Technical specifications / scope of work mentioned in NIT and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Plinth Area shall be measured for the purpose of payment. In case bidder does not construct underground tank and uses existing UGT tank for fire fighting recovery @ 55.61 lacs on account of 200000 lank litre fire tank will be done 1.1 Foundation work alongwith lift pit complete upto GF formation level as per structural design complete in all respect as per scope of work and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

1.2 Superstructure above plinth

Planning, Designing and Execution of the following development works & bulk services including preparation of preliminary & detailed working/ service drawings, structural drawings incorporating stipulatedspecifications & integration of all civil, electrical & Mechanical services (Internal and External) with External Development works all complete as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge. Planning, Designing & Construction of cement concrete Road (RCC M-30) of width 4.5 m/ 6.0 mtr. along with median, painting, footpath with paver block 60mm thick or minimum M-35 grade of concrete laid over 100mm thick PCC and M-10 grade and factory made precast kerb stone of M-25 grade on both side of road alongwith bell mouth / drain opening cross drain, sewerage line complete with manholes,externalwatersupply line from existing UGT, fire ring main ,cable trench ,LV trench,Rain water Harvesting,Hydroneumatic Water supply pumps, ,Watercooler,Water treatment with RO other services sleeve and planning of other services not covered but required for successful commissioning of buildingetc., cast in situ RCC M-30 grade concrete strom water drain of 450mm width and minium 300mm varying depth required to maintain slope and discharge including covers etc all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. The work shall be executed as per detailed / Technical specifications / scope of the work mentioned in NIT and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. As per layout provided and design requirement.

Electrical & Mechanical Works : Planning, Designing, supply, installation testing and commissioning of all E&M services complete with all Internal & external Electrical installations, LED fittings, fans, Lifts, Firefighting, wet riser/down comer systemcomplete with sprinklers, addressable fire alarm system, mechanical ventilation system smoke extraction system, pressurization system etc , Sub-station, DG Sets, UPS,Solar photo voltaic power generation system, CCTVsystem, access control system, Audio Visual System in Conference Rooms, IBMS, lighting automation including occupancy sensors, LANSystem, IP Based EPABX system, street lighting with LED, Boom barrier, Emergency light and illuminated signages and signboards and connection to existing underground tank tank pumps Plant, cafeteria equipment as per the technical specifications, scope of work and list of makes mentioned in NIT complete with testing, commissioning, obtaining mandatory approvals and making E&M services functional on EPC (design, built and hand over) basis complete as required.

Planning, Designing, supply, installation testing and commissioning of VRV/VRF system complete as per the technical specifications, scope of work and list of makes mentioned in NIT complete with testing, commissioning and making VRV/VRF system functional complete with load calculations on EPC (design, built and hand over) basis complete as required.

Development work (Horticulture): Planning and execution of Landscaping works i/c horticulture works i/c preparation of landscape drawings all complete as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge. The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications mentioned in NIT. Plantation of Trees, Shrubs & Hedges

Development of Lawn including plantation of 500 nos. ground cover plants
