Taking down wooden Chowkhats or frames exc. 1.5 sq.m and n.exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) and including making good the wall surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down wooden shutters of any description exc 1 sq.m and n exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified & directed.

Supplied and fixed Pressed steel frames size 105mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supplied and fixed Pressed steel frames size 125mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for power coated aluminium anodised door shutters without sash bars, power coated aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m(min) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, power coated aluminium anodised snap beading,screws suitable anodised fittings such as, hinges, handles, including power coated aluminium anodised door frame with one or more rebates including S&F 5 to 6 mm thick black glass all and aluminium grill fixed to frame Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (including MS Hold Fast). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be madecomplete all as specified & directed.'

S & F for 30mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid Moulded WPC door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F PVC solid factory made door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed .
