Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm. x 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm. centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement Two sand and four hard brocken stone) using 20MM. gauge hand brocken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm. thick, compacting etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M- Sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed or steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given includingcost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 (One cement one and half sand and three hard broken stone) using 20MM. gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessaryand bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12MM thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.
