Work of Engine major schedule overhauling/repair of 1600 HP DEMU DPC, Model QSK50L, Make-CIL, Quantity- 06 Nos. at Loco Workshop, N.W. Railway, Ajmer for 01 year.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure provided in the tender documents,along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Bid Capacity: The tender/technical bid will be evaluated based on bid capacity formula detailed as Annexure-VI. Note- Tenderers have to submit bid capacity certificate as per Annexure-VII.

Whether the documentary proof regarding fulfilling Technical & financial eligibility criteria and mandatory documents have been uploaded?

Whether all the annexures & forms required (including newly added certificates, annexures) mentioned in NIT and tender document have been uploaded?

Submit details regarding Employment/Partnership etc. of Retired Railway Employees as per Form-1.

Submit details as per "Form-2 :Declaration for Type of Firm" along with the necessary documents required for different types of firms as per tender form (second sheet) (Para 27,28)

Submit bank details as per Form-3 : Mandate form.

Please submit copy of PAN and GSTIN.

Please submit copies of Audited Balance sheets and Profit Loss Account for all 3/4 previous Financial Years.

Please submit CA certificate for Contractual Turnover (Format given for reference in Annexure-V.

Please submit copy of Power of Attorney in favour of individual who has submitted tender using his/her own DSC.

In case bidder is partnership firm, please submit copy of latest and all previous/old/amendment partnership deeds also, if any.

In case bidder is LLP, please submit copy of certificate of incorporation, LLP agreement and Power of attorney.

In case bidder is registered society or trust, please submit copy of certificate of registration, MOA/trust deed and Power of attorney.

In case bidder is company, please submit copy of certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies.

In case of company, please submit copy of MOA and AOA.

In case of company, please submit copy of Resolution of Board Directors passed for Power of Attorney along with copy of Stamped and notarized POA (backed by above Board Resolution)

In case bidder is JV and any member of JV is proprietor, please submit copy of notarized affidavit declaring that his firm is proprietary firm.

In case bidder is JV and any member of JV is partnership firm, please submit: 1) copy of latest and all old partnership deeds, 2)a copy of consent of all the partners or individual authorized by partnership firm, to enter into the Joint Venture Agreement on a stamp paper and 3) A notarized or registered copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign MOU/JV agreement 4) an undertaking by all partners that they are not blacklisted

In case bidder is JV and any member of JV is private/public limited company, please submit: 1) copy of AOA/MOA, 2) a copy of certificate of incorporation 3) A copy of resolutions of the Directors of the Company, permitting the company to enter into a JV agreement and 4) copy of Power of Attorney issued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual, to sign the MOU/JV Agreement.

In case bidder is JV and any member is registered society or trust, please submit 1) copy of certificate of registration, 2) MOA/trust deed, 3) copy of rules & regulations and 4) Power of attorney.

In case bidder is JV and any member of JV is LLP, please submit: 1) copy of latest and all old LLP agreements/deeds, 2) A copy of resolution passed by partners of LLP firm, permitting the Firm to enter into a JV 3) a copy of certificate of incorporation 4) A notarized or registered copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign MOU/JV agreement 5) An undertaking by all partners that they are not blacklisted.

Please provide details of Bid Capacity (certified by CA) as per Annexure-VI of GCC 2022.

Please provide certificate/statement of B (existing commitments and balance amount of ongoing works) duly certified by CA in format given in Annexure-VII.
