Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TРН batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler transporating the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and alighment rolling with smooth wheeled viberatory and tandam rollers to achive the desired compaction as per morth specification clause no.507 complete in all respect.

50mm average compact thickness with bitumen VG-40 grade @4.50% by weight of total mix:

providing and laying bitumens concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premix premix with bitumens binder & VG-40 @5.50% of mix and filler, transporating the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, viberatory and tendom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no.509 complete in all respect

40mm compacted thickness with bitumens grade VG-40 @5.50% by total weight of mix

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface: Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (SOR-20/New Item/Sr.No. 19.01)
