Scaryfying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and not exc 100mm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) using lime stone, sand stone, flintz or quarzite, watered,spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-10) at 10kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the EIC.

M & L for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen (VG-10) on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for providing bituminous premix Semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity including watering as neccesary, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 thick single coat layer as in lines, dashes, arrows etc for road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint(hot application), white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No. 8004 of most specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as manufactures's instruction s and and directed.

S&F in repair two way reflective cat eye studs with hole of size 100mmX100mmX20mm made of ABS plastic dynamically desined having high impact strength and fitted with 2nos highly reflective reflector on both side for maximum retro in wet and dry condition having plastic ABS strip fixed as per manufacturer instructions including removal of old unserviceable cat eyes (Make: 3M Model no. D-053 or Equivalent of Make AVERY DENNISONA/VARGO/DARK EYE.)

S&F in repair Alcolite Rigid Delinetoral have provide ASTM Type XI micro prismatic reflector and large reflective area of 300sqcm. The color combination of delineator, white and red color reflector and traffic yellow/black outer sleeve ensure the delineator is visible day and night. The outer plastic moulded sleeve made of high thermoplastic material. The plastic moulded sleeve provide stealing, vandalism and pilferage of the reflective sheeting. The painted mild steel used in core give the delineator corrosion resistance and increasw impact strength. Size of delinator height-1200mm and width 110mmX34mm fixed as per manufacture's instruction.

Surface dressing uneven surfaces of natural ground /road berms not exceeding 15cm deep in soft and loose soil, levelling the ground by filling the low laying patches of ground with the same soil including watering, well ramming to make the surface even and removal of surplus soil and vegetation to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.
