Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation. etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone mansonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully the existing aluminium/copper point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets,ceiling rose,fan regulators, lamp holders, call bell, bell pushes any type etc by unscrewing and taken away from site complete and make good the disturbed surface as existing. Note :cost of unserviceable materials will be charged from the contractor against schedule of credit.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduit 19mm internal dia medium duty (ISI Marked) concealed with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including MS pressed steel cadmium plated terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick with two coats of anticorrosive paint outside and aluminium paint inside sunk in wall with 3mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and inner and outer sheet top cover (ISI marked) including continuous earth wire FR-LS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm(nominal area) copper multistarnded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for the following : Note : Wiring Color code i.e. Red for Phase, Black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained.The rate included for suitable sunken metal flush boxes, cover plates, blank plates etc for placing modular fittings etc for one light point/fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and making good chased surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. Taking down ceiling fan and carryout minor repair such as oiling, greasing, cleaning and re-fixing the same after repair including replacement of clamp and down rod complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing geyser from the location including disconnecting water and electric connection and re-fixing the same after repair including painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches of XLPE Insulated galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables(heavy duty)1100 volts grade withstranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket type regulator, 5 step, 230 Volts 50 HZ ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling for cable cushioning including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness for sand shall be measured after punning down.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks (Old Size) laid flat in trenches as cable covers abutting each other, gap between adjacent brick shall not be more than 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fresh air fan, AC, single phase 230 volts of size 250 mm sweep, plastic body with louvers and making of hole & grouting nut & bolts and connecting with 3 run of 1.5 sqm, single core, PVC insulated mulstistranded copper conductor FRLS cable from ceiling rose and making good the disturbed surface with existing colour matching complete. Note :- Fan shall be of Make- Havells Cat part No Ventil Air DX or equivalent model of make as specified in Appendix B to particular specifications.
