M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick, finished even and fair without using extra cement including demolition of old concrete complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 75 mm thick as in plinth protection / Path / PCC floor, finished even and fair including demolition of old concrete complete all as directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid on and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , including dismantling of existing tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not bakcing), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thk (Square /Rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm and n.exc 0.18 Sqm in flooring joint free etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match incl screed bed 15 mm thk CM 1:4 including demolition of old existing tiles including existing bedding, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No.26 here-in-before but as in vertical surface including 15mm thick rendering backing course in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick light shade vitrified ceramic tiles , area of each tile n exc 0.36 as in floors joint free set in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including demolition of old existing tiles alongwith existing bedding, complete all as directed.

All as per srl item No.28 here-in-before but as in vertical surface 15mm thick rendering backing course in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles 335x250x7/450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in White or coloured cement match incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) including demolition of old existing tiles alongwith existing bedding, complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat including dismantling old wall tiles along with backing coat complete all as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including cleaning the roof surface with wire brush and using water and applying cement slurry @ 3 kg per Sqm and cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and applying oil based bitumen primer coat at the rate of 0.30 liters per sqm by forced application method on top of plastered roof surface and applying evenly a tack coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm and applying APP based modified polymeric membrane of minimum weight not less than 3kg/sqm as approved by GE, over the bituminous coated surface with100 mm overlaps and the over lap shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer's instruction and applying evenly a coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including complete removal of existing treatment and removal of the same to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 250m complete all as directed. Note: 1)Waterproofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated /trepezoidal pattern steel sheet of 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc) sheets complete all as directed.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridges fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing ridge complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking out shutters from frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm and n exc. 4 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as directed

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter of 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
