Completely removing existing water proofing treatment of any descriptions and any type including top layer of plaster / china mosiac wherever occurs over roof and chhajja surfaces scrubbing the surface with wire brush and cleaning wash down with water to receive new cement plaster / PCC layer and removing the waste material / debris to a distance exc. 1500m n.exc. 2000m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete roof and chajja surface to get a unform level surface for laying of membrane treatement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded agg) for PCC padding on RCC roof surface finished even and smoother using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(iv) Centrifugal exhaust Blower driven by 3HP, 1440 RPM, 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase electric induction motor with suitable damper for achieving 3000 CFM as per site condition with heavy guage SS casing having robust construction, flanges at both end, die cast aluminium impeller having aerofoil design with adjustable pitch angle with and including civil work complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (a) All civil works such as making opening in brick/stone walls including to make good to match with the surroundings, mounting plinth for blower motor assembly etc, shall be carried out by the contractor and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) All mild steel brackets,supports, clamps, flanges etc., as required shall be carried out by the contractor and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) Wiring and control switches as required shall be measured separately under appropriate items of BOQ. (d) Test certificate for motor , blowers, etc ,shall be submitted duly tested from NABL accredited lab.
