Description of Work

Mechanical assistance with manpower for cleaning of oversized coal/ shale, lump slush, overflown materials etc. from the TRS 2 & 3 or as and when required for cleaning works/earth works etc. as instructed by CHP I/C / PE(E&M), KOCP. As per requirement and need of the department. The job includes: (i) Cleaning of oversized coal/ shale, lump, slush overflown materials from TRS 2, 3 and when required for cleaning /earth work etc. by engaging minimum 01 no. PC 210 or equivalent for average 9 hrs operation per day ( with 24 hrs availability) in three shifts with operator, fuel & lubricants etc. The requirement may be in any shift and at any time on as and when required basis. The PC machine shall be deployed for this work and shall remain at site for contract period i.e., 365 days. Alternate deployment shall be done in case of breakdown of machine. Deployed operator will be required with mobile phone for communication.

(ii) Deployment of 01 labour in each shift of day i.e., total 1 X 3= 03 semi-skilled manpower to be deployed on daily basis in all three shifts for 1 year (365 days) with required tools and tackles. Including contractor profit & applicable rate of CMPF and Pension.
