Providing and laying vitrified Double Charged floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60x60cm including roughening/tucking of flooring and dismantling of skirting etc. as required.

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in super structure in 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including base Coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour One or more coats on old work (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Manufacturing of Almirah of size 3.5 feet wide x 7 feet height and 1.5 feet deep with 50 micron powder coated Aluminum frame of built-up section (10 guage) with 12 mm thick particle board laminated on both sides for paneling in frames and shutters including fixtures and fittings concealed locks of approved quality (Godrej Make) as per the drawings & specifictions for creating 08 boxes in each Almirah as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Poly Propylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrance, black finishing reinforced with non-woven polyester mat consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sq. mt. by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25*C, 0.87- 0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under. Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23*C as 650/450 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 1'50*C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2*C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. 3 mm thick (for corrugated roof sheets)

100mm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 ( 1 clay: 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 1 00 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat. With Hand moulded F.P.S brick tiles.

Making khurras 45x45 em with average minimum thickness of 5 em cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 finesand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised/rigid PVC rain water pipe conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion. 110mm dia
