REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE TO SEWAGE SYSTEM BY CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK , MANHOLES, SEWAGE LINES, GULLY TRAPS INCLUDING REPAIRS TO CHAINLINK FENCING,PATHWAY,DRAIN AT NAD VAJRAKOSH,NK BAIL AND NCHC AMDALLI AT NAVAL BASE KARWAR UNDER GE(SB) KARWAR.

Amount

Cleaning of septic tanks by bailing out/removing the solid / semi solid / liquid sludge in foul condition in closed containers and removing/disposing the waste out side the MD land including refixing the cover properly after washing the entire septic tank with clean water all as directed. Note : (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cleaning of shrubs, bushes, vegetation around 2.5m of septic tank all as specified & directed. (ii) Quantity of sludge will be measured for payment purpose only. Cost of dewatering of sewage/waste water from septic tank and removal of the same shall be deemed to be included in this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for removal of blockage and cleaning of manholes of size 800mm x 800 mm and upto a depth of 1m by removing sludge/liquid foul/waste etc complete and ensuring smooth flow of sewage including sprinkling of bleaching powder after cleaning of entire manholes with clean water and disposing the waste out side defence land land all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles not exceeding 5 Kg each complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix in repair for 75mm dia cast iron Nahani trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) complete and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement joints all as specified

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts including GI barbed wire (wood,steel or RCC) from concrete/masonry any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed area complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made 11 to 15mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n.exc 5cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10mm all as specified and directed

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fix in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixed to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

Restraining, resecuring including making good staples to galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire any dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and in any position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix punched tape 0.5mm thick & 600 mm dia concertina coil, 125 to 127 clips per 6m length and 01 RM cocertina coil using 10 to 15 RM single wire etc including dismentling & removing of existing coil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster from wall surface of any discription including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finshing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying 3 coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry,Block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not otherwise specified and removing debris outside MD land.

Material and labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B­1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre- painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre- painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 40mm graded aggregates in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete and as directed.

All as per item No: 84 above but add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed.
