Required(ii) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from Division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (In Enclosed Performa)

Required(iii) Certificate of Registration for GST and acknowledgement of up to date filed return.

Required(iv) Copy of Valid Enlistment Order of the Contractor of the Building and Roads category in CPWD.

Required(v) Valid electrical contractor license.

Required(vi) Documents of EPF, ESIC, BOCW welfare board and registration with Labour department (labour license).

Required(vii) Email and mobile no. of the firm/ agency on the letter head of firm/ agency (For making correspondence)
