S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement from stiles and plained colour PVC sheet to be fitted with MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointing together with solvent cement, supplied & fitted in the frame at site as per specification & drawings shown in SSR Part-II, complete as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing etc, filling in crevices and cracks etc with approved filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces, over 10 cm in width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scrapping by steel scrappers etc, filling in crevices and cracks etc. with approved filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm, in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polished kota stone slab 18 -20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone shall be laid in one piesce for treads and risers for step, window cills and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

M&L for Udaipur green marble (of any type) 14 to 16 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble stone, laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing(table rubbed & polished) to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel 25 mm dia curtain rod including wooden polished brackets and wooden polished end knobs fixed with plugs & screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, Vitreous China wash down water closet (EWC), white with cast iron ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, fixing with screws of suitable size, plastic seat cover, white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover, complete all as specified, making connections to trap and to flush pipe, fixing flushing cistern etc. and making good to floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cmm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface using water proofing compund as per manufacturer instruction surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, including bedded in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4), jointing and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with lincid oil @ 5% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.
