Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) area not exc.1.5 sqm each complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, stainless steel sink made of Salem Stainless Steel grade AISI 304 (18/8), 1mm thick,Glossy finish, with drainage board made of 1mm thick sheet, with plug, washers and waste coupling, waste pipe, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, over all size 915mm x 460mm with bowl size 405mm X 355mm X 178mm all as specified and directed. Make :-Blue Star Silver Shine Cat No. SSSB-52 or equivalent from Nirali/Jain Brothers Sanitation Pvt Ltd (Jayna )as approved by GE. Supply and fix for stainless steel plate rack of size 36 inch x 31 inch x 10 inch, made out of 0.63mm thick stainless steel sheet (Grade AISI 304 18/8), S S screws and round pipe, fixed to wall with screws complete all as specified and as directed. Make – Blue Star Silver Shine Cat No.KPR-315 or equivalent from Nirali/ Jain Brothers Sanitation Pvt Ltd (Jayna )as approved by GE.

Supply and fix 3mm thick, plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 sqm in each panes including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality from metal frame including punching or drilling old glazing/springs clips and removing un-serviceable materials /rubbish off the premises all as specified.
