Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Providing and fixing PVC pipe of ISI market 100 mm. dia for weep holes in brick masonry / stone masonry/ reinforced cement concrete R/wall, including carrage of material in all leads &lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required including carrage of material in all leads &lifts In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
