M&L for replacement of unsv yellow painted Aviation obstruction lights die cast aluminium alloy housing built in 75 VA step up transformer ,heat resistant,clear thick glass and accessories with neon lamp 75 W complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of unsv panel factory made CPRI approved LT cubical panel board of size 45cmX45cmX35cm, 440 Volts, 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire, outdoor type, weather, vermin and dust proof, powder coat painted with seven tank process front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with single door shutter and locking arrangements, cable trays for running cable, and termination with suitable cable lugs etc., including provision and fixing of suitable bus bar chamber with not less than 100 Amps aluminium bus bar and provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with revetted letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder of cable, provision and fixing danger boards on both sides of panel board etc., The panel shall be suitable to accommodate the following mentioned fittings, and inner shell shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear including front and back openable single door with fancy lock (02 Nos for each compartment) with suitable pedestal base plate grouting in floor including PCC foundation of minimum 70 cm height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the suitable Medium Channel pedestal complete all as specified and as directed including provision and fixing of the following:-

(B) Outgoing (i) 15 Amp Socket with 15 Amp MCB SPN 230 Volts AC-01 No (ii) MCB 10 Amp SPN 230volts AC-01 No (iii) MCB 16 amp TPN 415 volts - 01 No(C ) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate , 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4 with sub class `B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 70 cm above the nearest road level.

Supply and fixing in replacemnt of unsv weather proof street light junction box of size 300 x 200 x 105mm including MCB SP 6 Amps and connecting terminals 4 way and fixing with street light poles using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts washers, lugs for incoming and out going cables, gland for cable etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted shall inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection.

Dismantling concrete poles any size complete and transporting and stacking in MES store yard properly and making good the disturbed surface incl refilling of soil and making good complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rate of hydra and lorry is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for foundation for tubular swaged pole type including excavation, getting out, pole foundation with PCC type D2 1:4:8 (with 40 mm graded aggregate). Coping of poles with PCC type C1 1:3:6 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and painting the coping with 2 coat of super enamel paint in two layers of blue and white complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC flat twin core 4 sqmm aluminium wire 1100 volts grade laid in 20 mm dia medium grade rigid PVC conduit (and fixing brackets on PCC pole) from Loop-in-loop out junction box to light fitting terminal complete all as specified and as directed. Note- PVC conduit shall be clamped properly with suitable clamps and no extra payment will be done on this account.

Design, manufacture, testing, supply, erection and commissioning of 415V, 3ph+N, 50HZ, 400 Amp, 50 KA for 1 second Bus bar duct, suitable for indoor installation with degree of protection for encloser IP55. The Bus duct shall be confirmed to relevant Indian standards, IE rules, IE act and Factory act. Bus bars shall be designed for continuous rating of 400 Amps at 40° C ambient temperature and temperature rise shall not exceed 50° C above ambient temperature. The short circuit withstand capacity of Bus bars shall be 50 KV for I second. Bus duct/ Bar shall be provided with all necessary accessories hardware, earthings, earthings connection etc as required and shall be suitable to connect between the existing connection and panels.
