Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants. Note: This is payable only if RMC is brought from outside sources (outside Anushakti Nagar) and shall not be applicable if concrete is supplied from RMC plant installed in/near the site of work.
Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia. bars TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor of approved equivalent quality/ product meeting technical parameters, confirming to IS 1786. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Notes : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3. Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.
Providing and installation of bored RCC cast in situ Micropiles pile as per IS 2911 (Part 1, Section 2) with diameter and length as specified below and shown in drawings (length to be measured from pile cut-off level to the bottom of pile) using neat cement grout of M30 grade / as approved conforming to IS 456 including all materials except reinforcement, including boring/drilling from ground level to termination depth of pile by Hydraulic Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads including providing bentonite slurry and/or casing for stabilization of pile bore, flushing of pile bore, cleaning, breaking pile head to cut off level and exposing pile reinforcement for embedment in pile cap, empty boring if required from ground level to pile cutoff level as per construction procedure etc all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by theengineerin-charge. Mobilizing all necessary equipments, piling rigs/ materials, plant, labour, etc to the site of work, erecting all rigs, equipment and plant and removal of same after completion of work complete with all consumables, etc. The rate shall include the cost of erecting & de-erecting of all equipment after completion of pile work and cleaning and reinstating the site to original condition as acceptable to Engineer-In-Charge along with RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete). This item does not include cost of reinforcement/ ERW Pipes, cutting, binding, welding, placement, etc. and will be paid separately. The item includes disposal of earth, muck, slush released from piles top cut portion of pile out side the Project premise. Boring and installation of 250 mm dia. pile min 15 m length using Down The Hole drilling method in all type of strata including removal of excavated earth. Rate is inclusive of pouring of cement grout M30 grade as approved as per approved mix design.

In overburden /highly weathered rock/fractured rock
Providing and fabrication of ERW Pipes of 160 mm Diameter with 6 mm thickness as approved as per IS 1161:2014 including cost of labour, transportation, lowering of micropile and placing in position in piles. The rate shall include the cost of welding, providing perforation in orthogonal direction of dia. 20mm at a centre to centre spacing of 500mm through the length of the pipe.
Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.
For Sub Structure
Drilling and installation of 32 mm dia. Self Drilling Anchor up to designed depth and spacings in all type of strata as per approved specification and also including cost of MS plate of approved size, hexagonal nut & washer, epoxy coat, threading of anchor bar at one end and including cost of non shrink M 30 grouting of anchor with labour and all required machinery as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer (Note : Supply of bolt R32-210 shall be paid under relevant Item.)
Supply of Self - Drilling anchor R32-210, having Nominal OD of 32mm and Inaternal average dia of 21mm and nominal weight of 2.65kg/Meter of the specified length, and nominal maxiimum force > 210KN as per approved specification ETA-12/0603 and Tensile test as per BS EN ISO 6892-1-2019.
Providing and spreading High Tensile Steel wire mesh / Geo-composite grade of machanical woven double twisted hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh interlaced during manufacturing with 8mm steel rope in longitudinal direction at 3.0m spacing (mesh wire dia 2.7mm/3.7 mm heavily Zn+PVC coated type 10x12) including top and bottom support rope, lacing wire or rope required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-clamps, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material machinery, labour, etc. complete the easily accessible location including top and bottom with all lifts, etc. complete as per technical specifications or equivalent or of higher specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing Rhomboidal shaped High Tensile steel wire mesh / Net / Panel of 10 millimeter diameter of steel wire rope of size 300 millimeter x 300 millimeter with suitable connection at each intermediate and end junctions having minimum tear resistance of 15kN meeting the minimum requirements. Punch Strength of Rhomboidal Cable Panel/Net : 370 KN with max displacement of 33 cm. Each Rhomboidal cable Panel/Net shall be made of one single Cable including top and bottom support rope, lacing wire or rope required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-clamps, turn buckles, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-incharge.
Providing and installation of dynamic Rock fall barriers of 8600 kJ capacity corrosion protection barriers to make safe environment to work underneath the loosely placed boulders which include interception steel meshes - comprising of ring net/ cable wire rope ,threaded bolt anchor, ground plate with concrete foundation and reinforced with steel rods B450 C, HEA Steel post ( 7 m) with primary Net , Upstream cable with energy dissipating device, up hill wire rope anchor including non shrink grouting.
Supply and fixing of three dimensional erosion control geomats manufactured by stitching together 3 layers of integral, rigid geogrids manufactured from polypropylene polymer to create a random open structure and one layer of woven polyester geogrid embedded in between the layers. The junctions between the longitudinal and the transversal ribs of the polypropylene shall be an integral part of the geogrid structure and shall under no circumstances be obtained by weaving, knitting or bonding single threads or other tensile elements. The external layers shall be planar, while the central layer shall be mechanically corrugated. The upper layer shall be capable of retaining the top soil material without soil washout. The product should have min thicknes of 18mm and aperture size of mesh as 12mm. The tesnile stregth of the geomat should be 35Kn/m as per IS 10319.
Providing and fixing Debris flow Barriers of pressure 176 kpa, 6m high, 25m long, comprising of ring Nets and Double twisted hexagonal mesh including all accessories like U clamps, thimbles anchorages etc. complete and as per technical specification and as directed by Enginneer -In charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering Complete at all levels. Note: The minimum cement content for RCC works should be as per the latest revision of the relevant IS code.
Providing and applying/injecting general purpose, high flow, Class A, Non-shrink grout having high flowability through voids, bottom of base plate, tie rod hole and /or gap of min 10 mm upto 100 mm, by mixing potable water,in a controlled manner by forced -action mixer,in the range of min. 2.9 kg to max 4.1 kg per 20 kg bag of grout depending on the required consistency including cost of material, labour, equipment, tools, & tackles and consumables etc all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Technical parameters: (1)Compressive strength (as per AS 1478.2) in the range of min.60 MPa to 75 MPa at 28 days depending upon consistency of the grout mix.(2) Flexural strength ( as per AS 1012.11) min 13 MPa at 28 days.(3 )Indirect tensile strength (as per AS 1012.10) min. 6 MPa at 28 days, (4) settingtime as per AS 1012.18) -Initial setting Time min 5.5 hours and final setting Time max.7.5 hours (5) Flow characteristics (as per AS 1478.2) 400-600 mm (Flow Trough) and 25-30 seconds(flow cone). Rate will be inclusive of mixing,poring, curing as per manufacture"s specification, including scaffolding,completeall as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

UNDERTAKING : I / We, hereby tender for the execution of the work specified for the President of India within the time specified in Schedule “F”, viz., Schedule of Quantities and in accordance in all respects with the specifications, designs, drawings and instructions in writing referred to in Section II of Part A and Clause - 11 of the General Clauses of Contract and with such materials as are provided for, by, and in respects in accordance with, such conditions so far as applicable.

Further that, if such a violation comes to the notice of Department, then I/We shall be debarred for tendering in BARC Contracts in future forever. Also, if such a violation comes to the notice of Department before date of start of work, the Engineer-in-Charge shall be free to forfeit the entire amount of Performance Guarantee.”
