S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardantand fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment will be made on this account.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes, as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for bottom and top rails. MS frame shall be covered heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail& bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling for plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at the site as per specification.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick( square /rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc, 0.18 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors for tiles all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in ground floor and pavings Nexc15 cm thickness (below or above GL)

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded brick aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete or filling in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as per any of the following method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Supplying and applying two components elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 300mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coat, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications.

(b) Bore Packing : All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (c) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement. Note : Treatment will be carried out authorized applicator as approved by GE and manufacturer instructions.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L runnung welding in repairs thickness of metal exc 6mm and n. exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.50 Ltrs per Sqm of the vertical surfaces of the sub-structure to a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quantity will be measured perimeter of wall x depth of penetration.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying UV stable single component smart care damp proof ultra is a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylics fibres and having SRI of 106 on top of concrete roof surface in three coats including self primer at ratio of damp proof and water 3:1 and coverage area @ 1 Ltr /10 sqm with a thickness of 650micron. Note: (i) 6 Hrs interval between two coats will be maintaind. (ii) The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator as approved by GE and as per the manufacturer instructions. Payment will be made after producing warranty certificate from the company.
