Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying only well burnt brick sub class 'B' old size brick laid dry in trenches with width equal to the length of the brick , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bricks are to be reused retrived during the cable taking out against respective items.

Material and labour for Boring hole under road/ pavement / hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique & necessary machine for inserting HDPE pipe of 50MM dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure, rate for HDPE pipe shall be included in quoted rate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore for cable protection, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement including all fittings and taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Tata/Jindal/Surya pipe

Material and labour for preparation of surface of old rusted LT panel (of any size) after taking shut down and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint inner and outer surface of panel including locking arrangement as per existing pattern and re-writing panel nos , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heavy duty hinges with nuts and volts as per site requirement including welding , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 2.0mm thick MS door cover as per site requirement including locking provision and painting work as per existing colour, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Finding/locate fault in LT 1100 Volts grade cable of any size and depth with the help of cable fault locator instrument of latest design, cable laid in trenches, floor or pipe and rectification the same, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The fault shall be rectified within 6hrs from receiving complaint telephonically/SMS by JE or AGE E/M , if the fault is not rectified within 6hrs, the penalty of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractor.

Supply, jointing & testing in replacement of straight through joint kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 1.1KV grade, LT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor of size 3.5/4.0 core 25 to 50Sqmm cable, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, jointing & testing in replacement of straight through joint kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 1.1KV grade, LT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor of size 3.5/4.0 core 70 to 95Sqmm cable, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Denson/M-seal

Supply, jointing & testing in replacement of straight through joint kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 1.1KV grade, LT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor of size 3.5/4.0 core 120 to 185Sqmm cable, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Denson/M-seal

Supply and fixing in replacement of HDPE double wall corrugated pipe of size 63mm outer dia and 50mm inner dia conforming to IS 14930 Part-II including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers, end caps, bend etc including fixed to wall/roof/pole/trenches as required with suitable clamps for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.136640.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
