Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone wall surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proof compound ( water proof compound paid seperatly) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of (exterior surfaces) of walls/bricks masonary and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm at any height incuding necessary scaffolding over new/complete plastered surfaces using Airless spray technology with max working pressure 3300 PSI and capable of opetrating single spray gun with a max materil hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer's with pro guard technilogy and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty of approved tint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre,of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification (internal surface) and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over new or untreated plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling over one coat of wall care putty (not less than 1mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.
