Filling available excavated earth (including rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked material

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering finishing and reinforcement - all work upto plinth level:

1 : 1.5 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) .

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete works including straightening, cutting,bending, binding and placing in position all complete:-

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Dismantling and dismembering 1 No. NBLW 40 M GBT tower complete consisting of structural steel work bolted in built up section (upto 40M. b) Necessary safety precautions to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the agency.height, four legged tower) including cutting of nuts/bolts if required, dismantling of Aviation light, lightening Arrestor, wave guide, platform ladder, feeder cables, micro link antinas etc. i/c all operations , de-hoisting of materials/members as well as stacking and sorting out the tower members/nuts and bolts including making bundle in groups (similar angles, plates etc) with binding strips and stacking all complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. NOTE: The item includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.a) The agency shall take every precautions against their damages to the structure or nearby structures while dismantling / de-hoisting the tower and shall be the sole responsibility of the agency.c) Nuts and bolts and washers shall be collected size wise and kept in separage gunny bags.d) Item includes all operations, tools and plants, equipments and machinery etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevant IS Codes. These charges are for dismantling of complete TOWER including rack, CDMA feeder cables, antina etc.

40 M. four legged tower.

Carriage of tower materials ,nuts & bolts, G.I. earthing flats , runway ladders, feeder cable antenna etc .all complete including loading, unloading . materials from Mejan site to new location at Mejan up to 1.00 KM lead and weight 08.00 to 10.00 tonne approximately complete work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of BTS iron wall cage of Size 11feet x 11feet x 10feet and its shed of size 12feet x 12feet after dismembering with due care and its carriage at new location up to 1 km and Fixing/ making the same as before at new location etc. all complete as directed by engineer incharge.

Placing and embedding in position required number of foundation anchor bolts, nuts through template/ base plate arrange by the agency in each leg of RCC Column and beam of 4 legged tower as per the structural drawing and agreement maintaining the verticality accurately all complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Erection of tower including sorting, assembling, lifting, fitting and fixing up all tower members in position true to the alignment including assembling / hoisting / fixing of ladder, working paltform, wave guide rack, lightening arrestor, lightening arrestor pipe stand etc. at required level all complete as per manufacturer's drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The item includes enlarging holes, straightening of twisted or bend tower members of any type etc. and all other connected works for the above operation (if any and as required) all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This operation is only for labour charges for erection of tower and approximate weight of tower is app. 9 (nine Tonne).NOTES : (1) The items includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (a) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure or nearby structures while erecting the tower. (b) Necessary safety precaution to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the sole responsibility of the agency. (c) Item includes for all operations, tools and plants, equipments, machinary etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevant IS codes.(2) The items does not include for the dome lights and its system and earthing system for tower. These shall be paid under separate items, if and as required.(3) The items does not include the supply of tower material / dismantling of old tower and its transportation. These shall be paid under separate items, if and as required.

Providing parts of aviation light as necessary so as to satisfy aviation requirements. (b) Providing and fixing MCB of range 6-32 Amp of Havells, Merlin Gerin or equivalent make. (c) Providing and fixing PVC double insulated 2 core x 1.5 Sq.mm. copper conducter / unarmoured power cable of apprx length 50m (Finolax,Polycab or equivalent) including removing damaged power cable and encasing new power cable in existing PVC conduit pipe.(d) Providing and fixing PVC conduit pipe of 20 mm dia of approved brand and manufacture all complete as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge.The rate includes for all the meterials, labour and T&P etc required for all the works as mentioned above.

Providing ring earthing by running GI flats of size 50x6mm alround at one metre away from tower base in ground at a depth of one metre from ground level. All tower legs shall be connected to ring earth by 50x6mm GI flats with necessary accessories etc. Both end of GI flats shall be brought to ground level and terminated in enclosed brick masonary chamber of inside size 300 x 300 x 300 mm with 50 class designation brick in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6coarse sand) including necessary excavation,foundation concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) plastering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3coarse sand) with hinged CI cover and frame of size 300x300mm (weight not to be less than 4.50 kg) with proper locking arrangement as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with galvanised (approximate 85 micron) GI plate of 600x600x6mm size as per drawing including accessories and providing necessary having locking enclosures with cover plates arrangement and watering pipe of 20 mm dia GI pipe (app. length 2.00m), funnel etc.including filling charcoal or coke app. @ 250 kg per pit and salt @ 5kg per pit complete and required excavation & refilling as required and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying at site galvanised steel tower material with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/Sqm ( Apprx. 85 micron) consisting of Angles, flats, Bars, plates, Gusset plates, ladder, connecting plates, Nuts & bolts and washers etc all fabricated as per approved drawing and specification for erection of tower structure.
