Schedule 'A' Part-I General Note as applicable for serial item No 2.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A' Part-I Contractors attention is hereby invited that estimated cost of serial item No. 2.00 is Rs. 8,52,240.00 based on prevailing rates of Schedule of Minimum fair wages. Quoted amount against serial item No. 2.00 is less than the amount the work (Estimated of serial item No. 2.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A' Part-I) then lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days from financial bid opened difference in Estimated cost & quoted amount of serial item No. 2.00, in case lowest bidder said FDR is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above. The contractor shall be banned for 06 month & thier bid will be rejected and financial bid will not be opened for next 06 months. FDR submitted by the contractor within 07 days from financial bid opened and the same will be realesed only after satisfactory proof of payment of deployed person under the respective serial item No. 2.00 of Sch 'A' Part-I.

Outsourcing of services for Manning and Operation of 11 KV Sub Station, 15 AF Hospital (One Skilled Electrician) in three shift of 8 hours each for 24 hours continuous operation every day (including Sunday/Holiday) to maintain sub station in/out side HT/LT Panels/LT Complaints as specified, including daily and weekly check-up, monthly quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per Maint. schedule specified under particular specification with all minor consumable and expendable items and labour and tools for smooth and efficient operation all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 2.00 (a) The contractor shall take over all equipment in serviceable condition at the time of commencement of contract and shall hand over in the same state at the time of completion of contract period. Any damage/loss shall be made good by the contractor at the time of completion of contract. GE's decision will be final and binding. (b) Daily cleaning of all Panels, transformers, recording meter readings. (c) Daily cleaning of all rooms viz floor, walls and ceiling fan including internal electrical fixtures.

Notes for Serial item No. 2.00 :- (d) No unauthorized person shall be allowed to enter in sub division. (e) 11 KV Sub Station will be operated 24 hours round the clock including Sunday/Hilidays. (f) All T&P insulating cloths, for operatorss, log-books, instruction board duly laminated for 'DO or "NOT DO" Fire safety instruction board etc. shall be provided by the contractor. (g) During maintenance & operation of 11 KV Sub station, any parts found defective and require to be replaced same will be measured under Schedule 'A' Part-II. The fixing charges shall be deemed included in rates quoted under Sch 'A' Part. (h) Contractor shall be responsible for group insurance for eleven month of manpower deployed by him against the contract. (J) Contractor shall provided proper uniform of the operatior as deployed by him and dress code shall be approved by GE/AGE concerned. (k) Daily attendance register shll be maintained by both contractor and concerened JE and register weekly put up to concerned AGE for the record purpose. (l) Labour deployed by the contractor shall be responsible for complete area cleaing of 11 KV installation inside / outside all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (m) Fuel for operation of DG Sets shall be supplied by the Department as free for filling only. However storage facilities of fuel and collection of fuel from MES Store shall be provided by the contractor.

Schedule 'A' Part-II Lead Acid Battery, 12 Volt, 26 AH capacity, 25 plates with one year warranty, including initial charging and connecting DC cable, thimbles, nut, bolts etc including disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable battery complete all as specified and directed.

Under voltage (UV) coil, shunt coil and tripping coil of capacity 1600 Amp, 415 volt with rupturing capacity of 50 kA and complete with making all connection including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed

MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 16 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, thermal Magnetic protection unit and making connections using suitable size copper lugs/thimbles and crimping tool, including disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified & directed.

MCCB, 4 Pole, 100 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 16 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, thermal Magnetic protection unit and making connections using suitable size copper lugs/thimbles and crimping tool, including disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified & directed.

MCCB, 4 Pole, 160 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 36 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, thermal Magnetic protection unit and making connections using suitable size copper lugs/thimbles and crimping tool, including disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified & directed.

MCCB, 4 Pole, 200 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 36 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, thermal Magnetic protection unit and making connections using suitable size copper lugs/thimbles and crimping tool, including disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified & directed.

Air circuit breaker and replacement of complete internal mechanism of existing Air circuit breaker in existing panel of capacity 1600 Amp, 415 volt grade with rupturing capacity 50 KA complete with making all connection complete all as specified and directed.

Making earthing pit on existing old earthing where pit is completely damaged including cover 80mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 pit/chamber including all necessary excavation and earth work complete all as directed and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 6mm GI strip including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Nut, bolt and other items included in quoted rate by the tenderer.

Note : (i) The unit rate shall be deemed to included for Test point, 32mmx6mm GI strip from top of the earth plate upto 7.50m above ground level. In case, GI protection pipe required is less than 7.50m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.
