Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for stay assembly/laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable and supply, laying, fixing Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

Dismentling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable any type any size from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels after dismentling ends from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wal or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6.0 Sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6.00 here-in-before but 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit nbot less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below notmal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI wire protection pipe 25mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete ass as specified and testing on completion complete ass as specified and directed. Note - The units rate including the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 25mm GI pipe (light grade) for watering 25mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, ISI marked, for cable protection in road crossing .

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat twin core cable PVC insulated with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4.0 sqmm and overall PVC sheathed to pass through the street light pole from junction box to street light fitting incl dismentling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat twin core cable PVC insulated with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension GI wire from OH conductor to building incl dismentling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 12.00 here-in-before but 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole with one coat of alumium paint incl cross arm, bracings, supports, nuts, bolts, of LT OH line from above copping to top of pole and marking with alternate white and black paint strip 30 cm wide (5 Nos) with synthetic enamelled paint all as specified and directed.

Dismentling taking down carefully flood/street/gate light fitting any type any make any capacity from Pole/Building for repair or for fixing in other position all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Street light fitting 45Watt new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP66 road luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver.

S&F of 45watt Inverter LED Street Light with IR Sensor for automatic On-Off of street light and shall have inbuilt Li-on battery for 90mins power backup in case power failure. Housing of fixture shall be presurre die cast and system efficacy >100LPW,CRI >70,CCT 5700K ,PF > 0.9,THD<15% . Halonix Cat. Ref. HLSLD-ML04-45-CWL-INV-DIMM-IRSEN-R or equivalent to appendix 'B"

S&F Security light Bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismentling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Street light junction box of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and out going cable/wire complete comprising with the followings incl dismentling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed. :- (a) Bus bar with two aluminium strips, 63 Amps capacity insulated with insulators, including colour coding, including PVC cable of suitable size from bus bar to MCB (b) MCB SPN 5 to 30 Amps - 01 No (c) Clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron duly weldedwith nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Amount of credit of Rs. 13350.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
