Complete rewinding of the Stator, in Class 'F' insulation, as per original. (As per Annexure-A)

Complete re-caging of the Rotor, with new rotor bars and short circulating rings.

New Bearings, Roller Bearing NU-221 C3

Mechanical jobs i.e End cover turning, resizing and balancing of Rotor.

Dismantling and Re installation of Motor at Site.

Transportation To and fro from site.

Rupees Nine Lakh SixtySix Thousand One Hundred TwentyTwo Only

Items, for which no rate or price has been entered in, will not be paid for by the department when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities.

Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupee.

Where there is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by quantity, the unit rate quoted shall govern.

Work shall be completed within 2 MONTHS from the date of issue of allotment.

Work will be executed as per P.W.D. specification.
