Transportation of poles loading onto departmental truck from stockyard, unloading from truck and shifting from road side to pole pit

Shifting of materials other than poles from stockyard to pole pit

Changing of defective disc insulators of 11 KV grade for overhead lines, as required.

Changing of defective pin insulators for 11 KV grade for overhead lines, as required.

Re-tightening of jumpers.

Erection/Rectification of stay set complete : Supply of GI stay set, 5/8" X 5 feet, along with all accessories and fixing of stay set with stay insulator including excavation for stay pit and grouting by OB, Boulder and cement

Dismantling of poles damaged at the base by rain-cut.

Dismantling of overhead line comprising of ACSR DOG conductor, GI Wire, cross arms, insulators etc as required.

Dismantling of overhead line comprising of ACSR WOLF conductor, GI Wire, cross arms, insulators etc as required.

Erection of 9/11/13 mtr long steel tubular poles including excavation of pole pit as per site conditions and grouting with OB stone boulder without cement, sand and stone aggregate etc., as required.

Stringing of DOG conductor, including un-coiling from drum, transporting to site, laying of conductor along route, stringing and binding on insulators and jumpering and Re-tensioning of conductors as per requirement.

Stringing of WOLF conductor, including un-coiling from drum, transporting to site, laying of conductor along route, stringing and binding on insulators and jumpering and Re-tensioning of conductors as per requirement.

Supplying of 3U bolt, ball and socket type tension hardware suitable for 11 KV disc insulator.

Laying & Stringing of earth wire including supply of 8 SWG/4 mm G.I wire.

Cradle guarding of overhead lines including providing and fixing of 8 SWG/4 mm G.I wire, fabrication of the cradle guard and fixing onto guarding channels.

Supplying and fixing of MS nut bolt of different size as required.

Fabrication of MS Channel/Angle/Flat for bracket or clamp as per requirement.

Note: The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 06 nos.
