REPAIR AND MAINT OF E/M INSTALLATION UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE (N) MAMUN

Disconnecting and taking out LT cable of size up to 300 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from trenches/cable duct/through wall/pole carefully complete all as specifed and directed. (Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling and taking down GI Pipe any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables all as spfd and directed.

Returning filling, in including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning in replacement LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type, floor mounted, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, CPRI approved, conforming to IEC 61439, weather proof,dust and vermin proof, IP -65, powder coated with 8 tank process, with common elecrolytic, sleeve insulated Aluminium bus-bar 300 Amps, 3 phase 4 wire system, 415 volts AC, both sides openable, compartmentalised, double door and locking arrangements for each compartment, prewired with Copper cable not less thatn 1.5 sq mm, provided with danger notice plate, panel mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame with leg 90 cm long, 30 cm embedded and secured in PCC foundation (700x200x300mm -02 Nos). Size of panel shall suitable to accommodate and including the following components :- (a) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole,25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz withThermal Magnetic : O/L & S/C protection- 01 No (b) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole,16 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz with Thermal Magnetic : O/L & S/C protection- 04 Nos (c) MCB SPN 32 Amps, 16KA, 240 volts, 50 Hz - 01 No (d) Multifunction function meter (voltage,Amps ) including CTs and LED pilot lamps for phase indication (RYB)- 01 set
