Material and Labour for drilling bore well in any strata, 6½" (6.50 inch) dia using of vertical bore well drilling machine, chain pulley, tripod and other required T&P related to pilot boring complete all as specified and directed for depth upto 300' (300 feet) below ground level

All as per Item ser No 01 here in before but exceeding 300' (300 feet) but not exceeding 400' (400 feet) deep below ground level

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering & fixing in position of ERW MS plain casing pipe dia of bore 6½" (6.50 inch) bore, having thickness of minimum 1.60 mm (wall thickness of pipe), ISI Mark, up to required depth in all strata including cutting, welding complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for MS cap suitable for 6½" (6.50 inch) dia bore hole and MS clamp with bolt, nut & washers suitable for PVC column pipe 50mm dia, etc complete all as specified and directed

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water including all necessary T & P required complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for conducting yield test of the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours by erecting suitable pumping set to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for collecting water sample from borewell, transporting in plastic cans to testing lab, carrying out tests for chemical contents and bacteriological properties, testing for suitability of potable water from Govt approved laboratory and submitting test results complete all as specified

Supply and fix water pressure gauge 0 to 10 kg/sq cm including drilling and welding of 15 mm GI socket to bore pipe complete all as directed by Engr- in -charge

Supply and fix brass non return valve 50mm dia, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

Supply and install submersible pump set, electric driven 415 V, three phase, 5 HP capacity with 8 nos stages suitable for 6½" (6.50 inch) dia bore well [Casing pipe size 6½" (6.50 inch)] dia with and including DOL starter, suitable capacity of the pump complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing nylon rope 12mm dia for tying with the submersible pump set and coloumn pipe (Full length) inside of bore hole complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed industrial cable three core, 4.0 sqmm, flat, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 for submersible pump motors complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix PVC column Pipe 50 mm bore standard grade for pump set including necessary fitting complete and connection to sumersible pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 50mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches / floor / wall complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item ser No 17 here in before but 25mm outer dia

Supply and fixing CPVC ball valve of 25 mm dia

Supply and fixing CPVC ball valve of 50 mm dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of pipes etc

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers in exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissiong LT under ground, XLPE cable, insulated, armoured heavy duty 1100V grade with multistranded aluminium conductor confirming to IS, in trenches, ducts, passing through pipes or fixed to wall with suitable clamps/saddles etc., including cable glands, terminal socket and connecting, of size 4 core, 16 sqmm (for bore well connection from LT panel) all as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and lay burnt bricks, class 'B' of standard size, in trenches for cable protection as specified and directed.

Labour only for riddled earth done through by riddling of excavated soil and spreading the same in layers, overall thickness 23 cm, below and upper part of the LT UG cable for cable cushioning all as per clause 19.75 of SSR part -I

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade, 40mm bore in trenches for road crossing/laid in floors etc

Supply and fix MCCB 63 Amps, four pole, 16 KA rupturing capacity fixed in, including suitable Hard PVC Junction box (Make : Sintex) of size 200 x 150 x 150mm weather proof fitted on wall complete all as specified and directed (Near Bore well starter)
