SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF LT Lines ,LT PANELS & UG CABLES)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for removing / taking out burnt cables complete all specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and spread river sand in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Punned thickness only will be measured)

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size sub-class B for cable protection all as directed & as specified.

Taking down burnt and broken out insulators of any size from HT/LT poles complete all as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts,washers,welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and taking out old unserviceable cross arm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Pin type Porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised MS sprindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Jaipuria Brothers or equivalent

Supply and Fix shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanized mild steel straps of size 31x3mm and bolt of size 12mm dia, washers and nuts of 75mm height & 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 V grade complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Jaipuria Brothers or equivalent

Supply and Fix Loop type procelain vitreous white, brown or green of size 65 x 90mm with 16mm clearance of hole as specified and directed

Supply and Fix in repairs Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate no.1 with 16mm dia stay rod. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs stay wire, stranded of size 7/3.15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs GI Wire earthing of size 8 SWG (4.0mm) for continuous earthing wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 mix,type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping for poles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 mix ,type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug bolt nut & screws type 410 SP-31of length 9.0 Mtr including taking out old unserviceable pole complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing the new moulded case circuit breakers in the existing feeder pillar box with new bolts and nuts including connecting the incoming and out going cables by using suitable cable glands and jumpers/cable with the bus bar. Taking down burnt out MCCB, and supply and fix new moulded case circuit breakers of following capacity in the existing feeder Pillar box with new bolts complete as specified and directed.

(a) MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 35/36 KA

(b) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps 36 KA.

(c) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 25KA

(d) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps 25 KA

Supply and Fix in repair junction boxes IP 66 protected out door for out door installations of size 139 x 119 x 70 mm with suitable connector for 3½ core cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex or equivalent

Supply and Fix in repair onload changeover switch 4 pole 100 A with rotary handle mechanism fixed in existing panel board complete with taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only LT under ground cable 3.5 core 150/120/95/70/50/35 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade PVC /XLPE sheathed armoured multistranded heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor of any size laid in trenches/ duct / walls including cable gland on both termination where necessary including laying, connecting to various switches in panel board, testing and commissioning including taking down of old cable etc complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: UG cable will be issued under Schedule B free for laying. Earth work will be measure and paid separately

Laying only LT under ground cable 4 core 16/25 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade PVC /XLPE sheathed armoured multistranded heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor of any size laid in trenches/ duct / walls including cable gland on both termination where necessary including laying, connecting to various switches in panel board, testing and commissioning including taking down of old cable etc complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: UG cable will be issued under Schedule B free for laying. Earth work will be measure and paid separately

Supply and fix in repair for clamp, bracket and GI tubing lidht grade of 40mm dia 1.5mtr length bent into shape and fixed with 40x6 mm flat iron clamp-02 Nos suitable size of bolt and nut for fixing in pole inluding taking down of old complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for clamp, bracket and GI tubing lidht grade of 32mm dia 1.5mtr length bent into shape and fixed with 30x6 mm flat iron clamp-02 Nos suitable size of bolt and nut for fixing in pole inluding taking down of old complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Street light fiiting 45 W LED made in pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 protection complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin / three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including taking down existing fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Crompton Greaves or equivalent in Philips /Bajaj/Wipro .

Supply and fix in repairs LED Street light fiiting 60 W LED made in pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 protection complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin / three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including taking down existing fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Crompton Greaves or equivalent in Philips /Bajaj/Wipro.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Street light fiiting 40 W LED made in pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 protection complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin / three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including taking down existing fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Crompton Greaves or equivalent in Philips /Bajaj/Wipro.

Supply and Fix in repairs cradle hexagonal / rectangular fabricated with Galvanized steel wire with 3.15mm or 4.0mm GI Wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Danger notice Board of size 20 cm X 15 cm and 1.6 mm thick with mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT installation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Danger notice Board of size 25 cm X 20 cm and 1.6 mm thick with mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT installation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix and draw Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced LT over head lines in repairs including jumpering and fastening of conductor with insulator by using new annealed aluminium binding wire of suitable size including taking down of old complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate considered inclussive of cutting of tree branches obstructing to the OH line (clearance should be 2 Mtr from OH line and tree branches should be above the OH line)

Supply and fixing of LT over head PVC line separator flat type of size 6-40mm for 2 conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LT over head PVC line separator flat type of size 6-40mm for 4 conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for providing Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (RENEWAL OF EARTHING SYSTEM)

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mm, 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized earth Lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 and connected to earth testing point all as specified and directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking down old complete Earthing system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
