Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but including backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MOD land complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm & not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

Taking down shutter of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm each and stacking at site where directed.

Taking down & refixing in shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corrugated sheet etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrough iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for and stacking at site complete all as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound liquid (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50X47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification all as directed.

M & L non-skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M&L glazed ceramic designer tiles any shade or pattern as approved of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all directed. (Note for item Nos 47 & 48 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Shade / pattern / Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before procurement).
