Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc incl remove all debris in 2 KM form site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins, arches, pillars, etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar 1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks, old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in half brick walls, in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling/cup board board fibre pulp AC boards etc any thickness including cover fillets removing the wiring as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) as specified and directed.
