Providing Data entry operator services i.e maintenance of files/records, Data entry / typing with 35 words per minute typing speed (in English on Computer) and relavent works all as directed by Officer-in-Charge for MES offices UNDER GE PANAJI, GOA - 03 Nos Data entry operators. Note :- (Essential Qualification : 12th pass with overall percentage 50%, MInimum 2 year experience as data entry operator ) (a) The contractor shall provide Data entry operator through out the contract period excluding sunday and holidays working hours 0900AM to 1730PM with 1/2 hours Lunch break (1330 to 1400) to execute the above work all as directed. The quoted unit rate by the contractor against this item shall deemed to be included in the cost of aforesaid manpower. ( The rates deemed to include Identity card & Maintenance of attendance register) (b) The minimum qualification 12th pass with overall percentage 50 % and above. (c) Diploma/certificate in computer application from recogonised Institution. (d) Data entry operator should have data entry speed of minimum 8750 key depression per hours. (e) Knowledge of office application, Ms Word, Ms Excel and MS point data online entry and processing on server system including handling of quarry management system. (f) Having skill of reporting, documentation, Eqpt maint, computer network(Lan/Wan) and ability to create & update documents handling & management of office records within office and during audit by audit authorities. (g) The testimonials there of shall be produced by the contractor to GE for verification & approved. Important Note : (i) The contractor shall pay to the operators/ personals in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment. (ii) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of latest notification issued by Govt of India as on bid submission end date. The minimum wages, shall include all taxes (including GST, GST on works contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc.), EPF for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective states. The contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of Employers Provident Fund(EPF) details for the personals employed.EPF/ ESIC/ Bonus shall be pais as applicable as per rules. (iii) Minimum wages shall be as applicable as per latest revised wages of labour as fixed by Govt of India as applicable to the work whichever is higher as on bid submission end date. (iv) The rate quoted below minimum wages shall not be considered for acceptance. (v) The rates quoted for any items if "Negative" or "Nil" will be considered non-bonofide bid and the contractor will be asked for explanation on the same. (vi) The bidder shall have to be consider their profit and over head charges on above provision. In case bidder consider NIL profit and over head charges, the bidder shall be treated as a unresponsive and his offer shall be consider as a non bonafide bid.
